-Leon's POV-

"You said it, yourself your little brother protected you. I can't leave this country without at least thanking,

or helping the man who protected my wife."

"You also said you wished to see him again, didn't you?"

"I did.."

She was hesitant to look at the house, looking downward.

My hand went for hers.

"You don't have to go out there if you don't want too..."

"No I want to, but I.."

Her hands trembled, I tightened my grip and spoke looking her in the eye.

"You don't need to be afraid, I'll be by your side the entire time."

I stepped out the carriage and so did she, she held onto the back of my shirt, hiding until she was

confident to come out.

We walked together up the path to the wooden door.

I knocked on the door then a little while after an answer came.

A middle-aged man came to the door his face flustered mouth hanging open, he slurred every word he Property of Nô)(velDr(a)ma.Org.

spoke.

The door wasn't completely open.

"What ish it, what do ya.!. Huh, ehw what are y hic, we don want none you.!!"

He pointed the opened half empty bottle at me before a younger man came up pushing the man aside.

Luna's grip tightened on my shirt though once the person changed it eased out.

"Get out of here you drunk..."

He scratched his head and spoke.

"Huh(Sigh) I'm sorry sir how may I..."

The door as I said wasn't completely open the younger man didn't see my full self until mid-sentence.

"Ahh, what, you're a.!."

He slammed the door in my face, that kinda ticked me off.

I pounded on the door again, this time with a little more force.

"Open up."

"We don't want any trouble.."

"If you open the door there won't be any.."

The same young man opened a crack in the door.

"Wa, what is it..?"

"Huh, it's rude to slam the door in someone's face you know. Even though I'm a demon, that's no

excuse. Sigh, now, did a girl with the name of Luna happen to live here?"

He opened up the door more almost halfway.

"You know.. Luna.?."

The old man inside spoke, his words were like before.

"Did that demon say Luna, that swine."

"Can you shut up, bastard.!"

The young man came out of the house closing the door behind him.

"You said Luna right, do you know who she i..."

As he spoke Luna from behind me slowly moved from behind me.

Showing herself to him, his expression changed once he saw her.

"Luna.!."

Tears fell from his face and he lept for her, forgetting I was even there.

"Oh, my god it is you,( he pulled back having his arms on her shoulders to see her) Luna where have

you been, I've missed you..?"

He held her again and she started to show the same expression of happy tears.

She hugged him as well.

The hug lasted for a bit before they ended it.

"Luna I've missed you so much, once you were taken away, I thought I lost you for good. "

"It's alright I was lucky, I..."

She was going to gesture to me but her brother pulled her away stopping her from finishing her words.

"Luna don't get to close you know how bad demons are. What are your intentions with my sister?.."

My expression was straight but I didn't like how he was acting.

She pulled away and came to me.
