Mr. Kane Got Blacklisted Chapter 2375-After Stella finished, the room fell silent as everyone exchanged glances.

Darcie remained silent, and no one dared to speak without her lead.Text © by N0ve/lDrama.Org.

Although the cost of insurance is not substantial, even with Stella's proposed addition, the expense would be minimal compared to the company's revenue, and the suggestion was beneficial to employees. However, if implemented, Stella would gain significant credit, which Darcie might not endorse.

Darcie appeared to contemplate before saying, "The suggestion is good, but commercial insurance is meant to be a benefit the company provides. Charging employees could make them feel like it's a wage cut. Additionally, some employees might not need this, making the expense unnecessary for them. If fully funded by the company, there's a risk of false claims for family members."

Stella had anticipated this and responded calmly.

"Participation would be entirely voluntary. The company wouldn't force anyone, but the option should be available. This way, those who wish to purchase can do so, and those who don't won't incur any extra cost. What do you think?"

Darcie pursed her lips and, after a moment of silence, said, "Stella, opening up such purchases isn't simple. It requires negotiation with the insurance company. No insurance company will easily agree to pay such compensations."

Stella smiled, "I will handle the negotiations. Right now, I'm asking for your personal opinion. Do you agree?"

Darcie wouldn't directly say "no" in front of so many people. If she vetoed the proposal, it would tarnish her image as a considerate boss.

She said, "Stella, you've missed the point. Since it's an employee benefit, we should put it to a vote. Your initial survey doesn't reflect everyone's opinions or willingness."

Stella replied, "I've already taken care of that. Before today's meeting, I had Samuel distribute opinion forms to each department. We've been meeting for over an hour, so everyone has had time to respond. We can see the results now."

As Stella finished, there was a knock on the conference room door.

Samuel entered, "Mrs. Jewell, the opinion forms have been collected."

Stella motioned for Samuel to bring them in. The thick stack of forms had been sorted.

She had outlined three options-support, oppose, and abstain.

Out of over 200 votes, more than 190 were in favor, with a dozen opposed and about 20 abstaining.

Stella placed the forms in front of Darcie, "Mrs. Saun, the majority support this. What's your decision?"

She was forcing Darcie to make a choice. If Darcie refused, Stella would seek another way to obtain Larry's sample which would be more complicated. Stella would still gain a good reputation for advocating employee benefits, despite Darcie's rejection.

Darcie pressed her pen tip on the paper and smiled, “Since the majority O are in favor, I have no objections. You can proceed with the negotiations with the insurance company. Please implement it as soon as possible."

Stella smiled, "Thank you, Mrs. Saun."

Turning to the attendees, she said, "Each department should compile a list of family members who wish to insurance. They

participate in thei

should bring these family members for the physical examination this

Friday. After the insurance company receives the health reports, they will arrange for the coverage. The meeting is adjourned."
