The parents were sitting down together in the room and not saying anything; they were like strangers in their matrimonial room.

Theo mom eyes were so red because she has been crying since the day she returned from the station to listen to the confession while Theo father has been blaming himself for the whole thing that has taken place; he wished he could go back in time and make things right again with his family.

“I lost my daughter and later disowned my son because of my selfishness and desire, now I have lost my wife and left with nothing, I blame myself for all these.” The father said mentally.

He watched his wife, who was still sobering and hated himself the more; he finally decided to have a word with her but hoping she listens.

“Beatrice, do not punish yourself. Please, all of these that happened was my fault and not yours; I should be blamed for everything.” He said, getting on his knees.

“Louis, why didn’t you tell me the truth? Why did you keep such a secret from me? I am your wife, for goodness sake; yes, I never wanted to marry you from the beginning because I feel rich people are spoilt, but I had no choice because I was pregnant with our child Theo; I later realise I loved you, and since then I never kept any secrets from you.”

He walked with his knees to her, still apologising, “I am so sorry, I should have told you, I took advice from other partners and friends, I thought it was the right thing I did, please forgive me, I can’t bear the distance between us anymore, allow me to make the things I can still make right, please.”

“Yes, I will forgive you, but we don’t have a family anymore; Bella doesn’t want to speak to us because of the hurt she is going through; we pushed Theo away; we need them all to make a complete and happy family, I failed as a mother to Theo, but I am ready to learn more to make things right with him and his sister.” Theo mom said, assisting her husband to be on his feet.

“I will do everything I can to make us whole again.” He reached for her lips to kiss her passionately.

“Bella, I hate to see you like this; please cheer up; life has decided to favour you now,” Kyle said to her.

“Kyle, everything seems so good to be true; the woman I took as my role model turned out to be my biological mother; I find it hard to fit into this new dimension Kyle, I went through hell with those I think was my parents.” Kyle brought her close to his arms and said.

“Now you can breathe again, Bella; life teaches us so many things; number one is this no matter how you tried to hide the truth, it will be revealed someday; I am happy the woman I am in love with is the sister of my best friend.”

“It’s all in the past now, okay?” His phone buzz and he answered a quick call which made him happy.

“Why are you so happy?” Bella asked.

“Brenda surgery went well, and her face is back to her original face; now things are going well for all of us.”

“I can’t wait to see her, but I am hungry; let’s go to my brother restaurant; I love his dish.”

“Yeah, you are right; Theo is number one when it comes to food.”

At Theo restaurant, he was seen kissing Lisa so hot like they are about having sex.

“Come on, Theo; we are at work.”

“I just can’t resist you, my love; how is my baby doing?”

“Bring your hands and touch my stomach. Can you feel the baby moving?”

“Yes, I can.” He smiled.

“Now I am starting with the baby, and we want a delicious daddy meal.”

“Noted and I will feed you till you are filled, but please allow me to take that customers menu.” He left to take the customer’s menu; when he was done, he took some food dishes to feed Lisa but got tempted to kiss her lips again; that was when Kyle and Bell walked in.

“Man, you two should get a room,” Kyle said, and they all laughed, hugging themselves.

“Bella always tell me if my jerk of a friend treats you wrong, big brother knows how to deal with him.”

“Yes, bro, I will call you immediately,” Bella added.

“Oh, seriously?” Kyle reacted.

“Well, I think I am jealous here; Kyle should be my brother, so I will report Theo if I don’t taste his delicious meal a day,” Lisa added, and everyone started laughing.

“You all should get a table while I serve us a great meal.”

They all laughed, eating playing and discussing when Theo Parents came to his restaurant, and they became so calm and quiet.

Bella held Theo hands, not knowing what to do, “Theo, my first fruit, my son that made me loved myself again; I am sorry for been such a bad mother to you and always deciding what you should do; you have proven yourself as a Walcott, surviving yourself without our help and taking responsibility of Lisa, forgive me please.” She apologises with tears running from her eyes as Theo hugged, saying, “You have always been the best mother to me; I am not angry with you, mother; I forgave you a long time.”

Theo dad added, “Bella, I can’t forgive myself for all I made you go through; I made a silly mistake in the past and never knew it will affect my family; I am not worthy of been you and Theo father; I just hope you find a place in your heart to forgive me, my daughter, I know what happened in the past to you will be difficult to forget, it’s like a scar, but from now on I will make your future worth living with family beside you and God guiding us.”

Bella ran to the arms of her father, which she has never done before, and said, “I am happy you are my father, and you are my mother, and we all are family.” They hugged each other for the reunion; Lisa couldn’t stop crying as Kyle comforts her.

“Well, I guess we should taste Theo pizza now we all are here; it’s the best in the world at large.” They all happily took their seat, taking pictures.

They finally planned after Lisa grandma funeral, Theo and Lisa wedding should be done immediately while Kyle parents, especially his mom, apologise to Bella for treating her wrong.

Bella was announced to the world as Walcott only daughter, and the next CEO of the Walcott make up home, but despite knowing her parent’s wealth, she decided to live simple.

Brenda came to see her, and she was happy and promised her to give the best makeup Brenda will be using for a date.

Kyle still planning on asking Bella to be his wife; he was thinking of giving the best engagement ever.

At the funeral, everyone were seen in black, the pastor carried out the proper sermon, and everyone was asked to carry out their last respect; Lisa was crying uncontrollably but comforted by Theo mom.

After everything, Bella received an unknown text which she assumed to be from Kyle, who wasn’t around but walked with his dad at Lisa grandma funeral, she fantasies it to be a surprise.

Getting out, she saw someone who looked familiar in black and said,”Joanna,” she tried to hug her despite what took place in the past but was the biggest mistake ever.

She felt a sharp pain and screamed out, “You bitch, after what your parents did, you decided to lock my mom and dad up while you are enjoying happiness, it’s better you are dead.” Joanna said as she pushed the knife deep and Bella said, “Why.”

Bella touched the knife and saw her blood, then heard Theo scream, “Sister no.”

They all tried running to her when Joanna let go to leave her dead.

Bella had this genuine smile with the truth of knowing she might not make it, she said mentally, “My name is Bella Walcott, I always had this thinking when I was a kid that if something should happen to me and I get wiped from this world, who will miss me? I only had Lisa and her grand ma and thought no one would be worried or running after to help me. Still, I guess I now know the meaning of family, seeing everyone rushing to me with complete care and been scared, looking at Lisa trying to reach me with her pregnancy I remembered how we first met, I was in grade 3 when I got bullied she helped me out and also shared her lunch with me, we grew together and always had my back.

I looked at Brenda with tears flowing from her eyes, rushing to help me, I remember when I came to the Wilson home, how she carried herself high but turned out to be a good friend who loved me so much to take my fall, and I know she will wish to have been here to take my second fall.

I looked at Kyle, with pains in his eyes, trying to save me; I remember how I slept on his bed and woke up thinking his my prince charming, I felt embarrassed and ran off, I almost got raped on my way home, he came out from nowhere and was my night in shining armour, he forfeited his meeting to save me again and showed me love and was my first date when i got called his Cinderella, my first kiss I had with him and was worth it even if we haven’t had sex yet, all memories we shared together was the best.

Theo, seeing the fear of losing me the second time in his eyes, I remembered how he defended me with Kyle when his mother almost flogged me, they took the blame for me and wants me to call him brother and he turned out to be my own brother, he made it possible to get me learn my dream with the Walcott home.

I looked at my mother, I remember the day I did make up for her, how happy I was when I called her mother, never knew she was my mother and lastly father, I remembered the feeling of a father hug for the first time in my life at Theo restaurant, how he feds me pizza and called me daughter. I wish God will allow me to enjoy this new found happiness for a while.

If I was told I will get such real love from them in the past I would have argued, now I can die in peace because my family made me feel human, I am just a maid that got lucky by love and God lighting my part.

I love you all.” Tears fell from her eyes before her eyes were finally closed, everyone called out her name in tears, Theo called an ambulance.
