I walked to the office slowly, with my steps measured.

Later in the afternoon, I walked out of Mateo room since he left for work.

I wonder where he’s working now, Imagine sleeping with a man I don’t know anything about his occupation.

Getting to my room, I checked my phone and realized Magnolia called already.

” Hey, how are you doing? “I asked softly after calling her back and she sighed.

Getting home, I met Dad sitting in the living room watching movies.

” Good evening Dad” I greeted before sitting beside him.

Getting the the office the next morning, Maynard isn’t yet to arrive.

I walked into his office to cleaned up his table and arrange it.

As soon as I’m done cleaning, I grabbed the cleaning towel but a document dropped due to the way I dragged it.

I sighed before bending down to pick it.

It was a contract paper.

The one I worked on three days ago but it has been reprinted already.

I scrutinized through it, Then, my eyes caught something catchy and alarming.
