Eve POV

I had such a bad day today, that pervert is such a nerve wrecking fellow. He ruined my day, yuck! If anyone ever told me that still hasn’t changed, even after all these years, I would say the person is a big liar. He’s still as annoying as ever, and he even said that he’s not planning to change, what a scumbag!

After the shooting at the company, I decided to go straight to Rome’s Resort, and finally seal the business deal with the CEO. I’m supposed to have the appointment around 3pm, but I don’t think I’ll he able to go there, so I’ll just go from here, and get it done, before going home to get some rest.

“Put a call through to Rome’s resort CEO, and tell him that I want to come now.” I said to Henry, before turning to face the coach.

“So, everything is intact, we have good pictures, and trust me, I’ll give you the best. The magazine will be ready in a week or two, I need to work on the whole thing, and also get to my editor, so she can do her part, before I complete it, and get it to you.” I explained to him.

“Ok miss Eve, thank you so much for your time and sacrifice, I’m really grateful. And I’m also sorry for the way Ivan spoke to you, he isn’t a rude person, I just didn’t know what happened. Maybe he was having a mood swing, but I’m assuring you, I’ll make sure that he apologize for what he said, when next you two meet.” The coach apologized.

He isn’t a rude person indeed. If only he knows the kind of person that pervert is, then saying he isn’t a rude person, is the last thing he would say. And talking about apology, I know Ivan, he’d rather die, than apologize for his mistakes, that’s how he’s always been, and I don’t think he’s ever going to change, because that’s who he is.

“It’s ok Mr Rooney. I understand totally. It is my responsibility, to endure everything my clients says to me, so whatever happened, I didn’t take it as a big deal.” I smiled at him, but inside me, I wasn’t gonna let slide, I’l make sure that I make him pay for body shaming me.

“Thanks alot for your understanding, miss Eve, hoping to work with you again, it’s really nice, having you here.” He said, as he extended his hand for an handshake.

“The pleasure is all mine Mr Rooney.” I smiled widely at him, as I shook hands with him.

“He said he’ll be glad to have you there miss.” Henry walked over to me, and said.

“Alright Mr Rooney, I’ll be on my way now. It’s really nice meeting you, I’ll keep in touch with you, in the case if I need anything or any information, concerning the magazine.” I smiled at him, before leaving the place, with Henry, trailing behind me.

Stepping out of the company, I walked straight to my car, and hopped in, before driving out of the compound. I asked Henry to go home, while I go see Mr Romeo myself.

I kept nodding my head to the music, coming from the car’s CD, as I drove down the road, with my full attention, focused on the front, as my hands worked magic on the steering wheel. I drove for a few minutes, taking different turns, till I finally got to the big gate of the resort, which was tightly locked. After blowing my honk for like two or three times, the gate finally rolled opened, and I motioned my car inside, till I got to the parking lot, where fleets of different cars, were parked neatly. I stopped my car beside a familiar one, before stepping out, after which I made my way to the entrance, before going in.

Walking over to the reception, I stopped in my track, as I welcomed with the most irritating sight ever, Ivan! Why does he have to come here of all places? His sight irritates me, can you imagine.

And he’s even with a bitch.

Glaring at the bitch beside him, I scoffed, before returning my gaze to the devil, standing with an unreadable expression on his face. He will never change.

“Are you stalking me Eve?” He glared at me.

“You wish! For your damn information Mr, I don’t stalk brainless people. I mean, can you just give me a reason, why I should stalk you?” I scoffed, as I rolled my eyes. He should just take this as a payback for what he said to me, back in their company. I’m going to make sure I humiliate him so badly.

“Well, I’ll take that as a compliment, coming from a stick.” He chuckled.

I bit my lip angrily, as I felt my heart tightened at those words. I know I’m skinny, but must he always insult me with it? It hurts, and I hate the fact that the insult is getting to me.

“And… who is this robot looking stick?” The bitch chuckled mockingly at me.

“I hope you didn’t have anything to do with her? She looks like those skinny men that deal on modeling. Everything is flat, no back, no front, oh my God.” The bitch gasped, as her her flew over to her mouth, in order to prevent her from bursting into laughter again.

Ok now I’m losing it.

“I’ll take that as a compliment, coming from a whore, who doesn’t know that her sweet boyfriend, whom she’s clinging on to, is married with three kids.” I smirked at her, creasing my eyebrows at her.Nôvel(D)rama.Org's content.

She gasped, and snapped her head to look at him.

He stood glaring at me, but do I really care? If lying against him, is the only way to get back at him, then I’ll do it, over and over again.

“Ba… babe is that true?” The bitch asked with a trembling mouth, as tears gathered in her eyes.

“Well, sorry you had to find out like this, but your boyfriend is really a scumbag. Deal with your heartbreak.” I smirked at her, and winked at Ivan, who stood looking at me unbelievably, before I cat walked away…
