Chapter 1133
"I'll go make dinner and cook your favorite dishes," Julia said, pulling Zion into the kitchen.
Once inside, she shared her plan, "I still think Nina should come stay with us. When Nash gets back, make sure you back me up."
Zion sighed, ready to protest, but the look Julia gave him silenced him. With a reluctant nod, he agreed.
It wasn't long before the meal was ready, filled with all of Nina's favorite foods. As they sat down, Julia served Nina, noticing the slight frown on her face. "I know the first trimester can be rough, but you need to eat a little of everything. Try to eat whatever you can, even if it makes you feel nauseous."
"But the nausea has been really intense," Nina replied. This wasn't her first pregnancy, but this time the morning sickness was hitting her hard, to the point where just looking at food made her stomach churn.
Julia placed a piece of fish in Nina's bowl. "That's exactly why you should eat more. The more you eat, the less awful it will feel when you do get sick."
Zion joined in, encouraging her as well. Not wanting to worry them, Nina asked for some soup instead.
Julia immediately poured her a bowl, watching with relief as Nina drank it. "As long as you can keep something down, that's good. Anything else you'd like? I can get it for you."
Perhaps it was their presence or the change in atmosphere, but after finishing the soup, Nina actually felt a bit hungrier.
She nodded and asked Julia for some steamed chicken.
By the end of the meal, she was so full that she could barely move. If she hadn't been worried about overeating and affecting the baby, she would have kept on eating.
As night fell, just as Nina was getting ready for bed, she heard a car pull up outside. She walked over to the balcony and saw Nash looking up at her, holding up a box of sweets with a smile. "You got those for me?" she asked with a grin.
Nash nodded, and Nina couldn't help but laugh. She was way too full to eat anything else.
Nash hurried upstairs, and as soon as he walked in, he pulled her into a kiss. It felt like they had been apart for ages, even though it had only been a few hours.
After a while, Nash managed to calm the urge he had been holding back. He carried Nina over to the couch, offering her the sweets.
Nina shook her head. "I ate so much tonight. Feel my stomach. It's still full."
She grabbed his hand and placed it on her rounded belly, which was still firm from the big meal.
Nash chuckled, amused. After days of struggling with her lack of appetite, it seemed her parents' visit had worked wonders. Feigning jealousy, he teased, "I guess your parents' cooking is better than mine. My food isn't good enough, huh?"Belonging © NôvelDram/a.Org.
Nina snuggled closer, laughing softly. "It's not that. I think it's just been so long since I've seen them. My mood is different."
"I don't believe it. You must be tired

No woman could resist Nash when he was being playful like this, and Nina wasn't any different. She laughed and kissed him on the cheek.

"That's not enough," he said, clutching his chest dramatically. "It still hurts. It says it needs more."
Nina, amused by his antics, decided to play along. "Okay, close your eyes."
Nash was taken aback at first, thinking she might be upset.

Nash was secretly delighted. He kept his hands to himself, enjoying the moment as she leaned in closer and kissed him.
Their kisses grew more passionate, and Nash struggled to keep the fire inside him under control.
"How about that? Is that enough compensation?" Nina asked, seeing the look of desire still lingering in his eyes.
She couldn't help but laugh.
