Chapter 673
Silence hung in the air.
"We were chatting so happily that we forgot what's most important. I need to send the address to your husband. He must be waiting anxiously." The man took out his phone, and began tapping on the screen.
Rosalie closed her eyes wearily, knowing that he wouldn't let her go. Pleading with him was useless.
After tapping on the phone for a while, the man put it back in his pocket. He then approached Laila, bound her tightly, and dragged her out.
"Where are you taking me?"
"Be quiet!" the man snapped.
Laila instinctively struggled, but the man, losing patience, struck her hard on the back of her head. Her vision went black, and she lost consciousness.
The man grabbed one of her legs, and dragged her out of the building.
Rosalie didn't know where he was taking Laila, and didn't hear any more sounds after that.
The sound of screeching brakes echoed in the empty space. As the tires ground to a halt, it kicked up dust from the ground.
The car door opened, and Theodore stepped out. In front of him was an abandoned factory, overgrown with weeds.
Guessing that Rosalie was inside, his breathing quickened. Just as he was about to go in, another screech of brakes was heard. Theodore turned, and saw a sports car pulling up next to his. The door opened, and a man stepped out.
Theodore's expression darkened immediately.
Sebastian strode over, and said, "Theodore, what are you doing here?"
Theodore's expression was cold.
"Why shouldn't I be here? It's you who's being quiet about it. You were supposed to me when the

kidnappers called, but you didn't say anything. Are you trying to play the
here and save Rose on your own?"
Sebastian clenched his fists. "You didn't inform me, either. If you had, you wouldn't be here now. It seems the kidnappers called you too."
Theodore said, "Yes. Fortunately, the
kidnappers called me. They also
mentioned that they called you in the middle of the night. After such a long time, you still didn't notify me. If anything happens to Rose, l'kill
you!" Content (C) Nôv/elDra/ma.Org.

Theodore's last few words were spoken with intense anger.
"Kill me, huh?" Sebastian seemed to have heard a joke. "Theodore, that's exactly what I wanted to say to you. She's my wife. If anything happens to her, it's all your fault, and Dwon't let you off!"
Theodore charged forward, and grabbed Sebastian by the collar. He said through gritted teeth, "Sebastian, she won't be your wife for much longer."
He was determined not to let Rosalie stay with such a despicable man.
Sebastian's face turned ashen. "Theodore, what do you mean by that?"
"Exactly what you heard!" Theodore released him forcefully.
Sebastian was infuriated. He rushed at Theodore, but suddenly, a voice interrupted them.
"Aren't you here to rescue someone? Why are you fighting as soon as you arrive?"
Hearing the voice, the two men turned around, finding no one around.
Then, the voice sounded again. "Hello, hello. I'm over here."
Theodore walked toward the sound.
Sebastian followed, moving faster than Theodore. The two men seemed to be racing, finally reaching the source of the sound.
It was a small speaker with a tablet next to it.
"You two are right on time. It's impressive how eager you are to save your wives."
"She's my wife!" Sebastian retorted angrily. "It has nothing to do with Theodore!"
