Deep love: insatiable lover

Chapter 264: Are you in a relationship?

“I don’t want Vanessa to take care of me.”

The words were almost out of her mouth, but Brisa swallowed them down.

This was a good opportunity to get back at Vanessa, she told herself.Text property © Nôvel(D)ra/ma.Org.

“Dylan had asked her to take care of me anyway, and it was actually her fault that I was sick, so even if I gave her a hard time, it would be justifiable, wouldn’t it? Well, how could I pass up such a great opportunity for revenge.”

Brisa thought smugly in her mind and, showing little reluctance, reluctantly agreed.

-Since you’re the one who said it, fine.

-Good girl.

-I’m sleepy, you’ll come up to bed with me.

Brisa wants Vanessa to see her place in Dylan’s heart and for Vanessa to know that she herself has no place in Dylan’s heart. Dylan is hers and will be by her side no matter what.

-You’re still like a little girl.

-So, are you going to stay with me or not?

Brisa asked with a disgruntled pout and a grimace.

-Of course I have to obey our child’s request. Come on, up to bed.

Dylan said with a loving look and let Brisa go upstairs. The two of them worked so well together that they seemed to forget Vanessa’s presence.

Brisa must have done it on purpose; Dylan, on the other hand, doesn’t know in what spirit.

Of course, this didn’t matter at all to Vanessa.

She was quietly relieved to see them leave. Vanessa went straight to the guest room on the ground floor, cleaned the room herself, made up the sheets and duvet and washed up for bed.

He doesn’t care whether Dylan and Brisa sleep in the same bed at night or separately.

-Brother Dylan, did you really bring Vanessa here to apologise to me?

Brisa asked with a pout and a somewhat unhappy grip on Dylan’s hand.

-Of course, why else would I have brought her back.

“Who knows what you’re up to!”

Brisa thought to herself, her face growing more and more disjointed.

-Brother Dylan, what exactly is your relationship with Vanessa? I saw her in the kitchen making you breakfast so early on my first day back home, do you have a relationship?

-Children should be kept out of adult affairs.

Dylan smiled, but did not answer Brisa’s question. Reaching out and rubbing his head, he said warmly.

-Well, it’s getting late, go to bed.

-No, I want Brother Dylan to stay with me before he goes to sleep.

Neither does Brisa, she lifts the sheets and gestures for Dylan to come up.

-Silly, you’ve grown up.

-Anyway, I’m still sick and I need Brother Dylan to stay. Otherwise… or I won’t sleep.

Brisa is capricious and temperamental.

Dylan had no choice but to commit to her.

-All right, I’ll sleep with you. But you tuck yourself in and I’ll get another quilt.

-Good. Then, brother, hurry up.

Dylan had no choice but to compromise with the pouting Brisa. He pulled a new quilt out of the wardrobe and laid it next to her. He lay down on it and hugged Brisa under the covers.

-Well, go to sleep.

As far as he was concerned, Brisa was nothing more than a spoiled child. And cuddling her to sleep like that, as he had often done in the past when Brisa was sick, didn’t bother Dylan, let alone mean anything more.

But for Brisa it was different.

You see, brother Dylan is the one who loves her the most and will agree to do anything so long as she spoils him.

So Brother Dylan must have feelings for himself, right? If not, how could Brother Dylan’s temper be compromised again and again.

thought Brisa happily.

She was sure Dylan had feelings for her, but she didn’t notice it for a while because they knew each other so well. She will find a way to make Dylan realise that she has become a seductive woman and that she is also in love with him.

In that case, Dylan would be with herself, wouldn’t she?

In the middle of the night, Dylan wanted to go to Vanessa, but Brisa clung to him for fear of waking her, so Dylan had to stop.

When she opened her eyes, Vanessa’s thoughts did not return for a moment to her dream.

He was staring at the ceiling, his mouth open and gasping for breath. His eyes are red and there are tears in their sockets.

Last night, Vanessa dreamt about Felipe.

In the dream, her father questions her about her indiscretion in getting involved with Dylan and why she did something so embarrassing in the office.

In the dream, Philip is disappointed in her and looks at her with a strangeness that makes Vanessa despair.

In her dream she desperately tries to explain it to Philip, but her father won’t listen to her, let alone forgive her.

Seeing that Felipe and Mercedes were moving further and further away, Vanessa woke up.

It took him a long time to calm his emotions.

Sitting down quietly, Vanessa went to wash with a miserable white face. There were no clothes to change into, so she had to reluctantly put on yesterday’s clothes. She remembered Dylan’s words, remembered that she was supposed to serve Brisa while she was sick, so she went straight to the kitchen to prepare breakfast.

-No, I won’t come down until you take me.

-Why have you suddenly become so capricious?

-Because I’m sick, and sick people have a right to be capricious. Dylan, get off and charge me.

-There’s really nothing you can do about it.

Dylan’s loving and indulgent tone is something Vanessa hears more and more often after Brisa’s appearance. As a result, she becomes more aware that Dylan’s loving and gentle approach to her in the past was nothing more than a disguise and a means to an end.

He could make any woman sink into his tender cuddles if he wanted to, but he himself remained aloof as a spectator.

In Dylan’s heart, the only woman who is special is Brisa.

Vanessa curled her lips in self-deprecation as her fingers accidentally touched the edge of the frying pan, and the searing pain brought her back to her senses.

Only Dylan had already come down with Brisa in tow.

-Hey, Vanessa got up very early to make breakfast.

-He’s come to look after you, so of course he has to get up early. Otherwise, what’s the point of talking about caring when you get up later than you do.

Dylan said nonchalantly.

She led Brisa into the dining room and sat down. In the distance, Vanessa heard Dylan’s voice.

-Sit down and wait for Vanessa to bring you breakfast, and if there’s anything you don’t like then let her make it again. Don’t be stubborn just because she serves you, okay?

-I understand.

Brisa readily agreed.

“Is being served by me a grievance for Brisa?”
