Fatal Kiss Of The Vampire

Chapter 425: How Could I Know?

Seeing that nobody understood him, Nate was anxious and lost patience.

“Fannie’s ghost! Didn’t you see it? She just talked to me!” Nate unfastened the windbreaker his mother just put on him and pointed at the scratches around his chest. “I signed a deal with Fannie, and her ghost will live with me as usual.”

Kylie sighed, then looked at Stephen. “Do you have any friends who work in the psychiatry department? I think Nate needs help.”

“We call it a delusional disorder, and there is no need to treat him. We can just ignore him, and he’ll be fine within three days.” Stephen was very calm and played a card.

“I agree with my husband,” Dinah said.

Kylie nodded, then drew out a card and asked Ethan, “Should I keep it or play it?”

“Play it. It’s useless,” Ethan said, hugging Kylie in his arms.

Nate was so mad that he almost wanted to damage the table when nobody cared about him, but he decided to search for Fannie at the outside of the hospital after giving Ethan a glance.

However, when he stood at the door of the Central Hospital, he sensed something was wrong.

On his way to this hospital back then, his full attention was on the terrible news that Fannie was caught by a car accident, and he didn’t notice whether there was a real hospital or an entire Central Hospital.

And now, he raised his head staring at the wall of the hospital, which looked like a backdrop, then glanced at the street that was totally different from an ordinary one in his daily life.

Is here the film and television base?

An idea dawned on Nate that he was trapped.

“Fannie? Fannie! Get out now!” Nate strode back to the hospital and shouted along the way.

Dinah beamed. “You’ve annoyed her away. Shouldn’t you be kind and gentle now?”

“How can you blame me for that? You made her look like dead people. She almost scared me to death!” Nate said.

“Ha-ha, it looked so real, right?” Dinah turned to look at Kylie. “I thought Fannie was really caught by a car accident too when I saw her at first glance.”

“Even the blood smelt so real!” Mrs. Bass nodded.

“Mom, how can you do that to me along with them?” Nate was upset. “I am your son!”Content from NôvelDr(a)ma.Org.

“I did that for your own good. You refused to admit that you like Fannie, after all,” Mrs. Bass said.

“I…” Nate didn’t know what to say.

In fact, he was worried that his mother would disagree, so he hid his affection for Fannie.

Ethan opened his mouth at this moment. “She’s upstairs. Don’t waste your time here.” After that, he stood up, holding Kylie’s hand. “Come on, let’s go back home now.”

Dinah followed them, standing up and held Mrs. Bass’s hand. “Mrs. Bass, Stephen, and I will send you home.”

“Thanks,” Mrs. Bass said.

Within a minute, they were all gone and left Nate alone standing still there in shock.

He finally realized they had worked together to force him to admit that he liked Fannie.

Nate walked upstairs and thought to himself that he would never ask Fannie whom she lost her virginity to again, and he would treat Fannie to the best of his ability during his rest life.

On the second floor, Fannie was changing in an actors’ temporary lounge.

She was wearing Nate’s shirt just then, and now she was putting on clothes Kylie had prepared for her.

Nate pushed the door open, walking inside all of a sudden, “Fannie, I’m coming!”

Fannie wore a cold face and pushed him away. “Leave me alone!”

“Please, give me ten more minutes, and we can enjoy it again…” Nate pressed Fannie to his chest. “Don’t take it so seriously. I didn’t mean it.”

Fannie sneered, “I do take it seriously now.”

She used her full force and pushed Nate away again. “If you can’t figure out the answer, don’t think of touching me again!”

Nate was sad and begged. “How could I know…”

Seeing Fannie becoming more displeased, he changed his tone at once. “Fannie, I don’t care about it. Please forgive me, and I promise I’ll treat you well.”

“No.” Fannie insisted. “Didn’t you say you’re going to teach him a lesson for me? Do it now.”

Nate nodded. “No problem. Just tell me who he is!” Fannie laughed. “Don’t regret it!”

“Why should I regret it?” Nate didn’t understand. “Just give me a name!”

Fannie hugged her shoulders, staring at Nate. “A little reminder. Happy birthday.”

Happy birthday? Nate scratched his head. What does it mean?

Did Fannie lose her virginity on her birthday?

It’s impossible. I always celebrate her birthday together with her, and there are only two of us every time.

Nate glanced at Fannie. He believed the man couldn’t be him.

Seeing Nate being so confused, Fannie took a long breath in, then said, “Whose birthday do you just celebrate in September this year? You were very drunk that night.”

“September?” Nate was more confused because he didn’t have another friend whose birthday was in September.

“Fannie, please just tell me who he is,” Nate begged.

Fannie smiled. “When was your first time?”

Nate was struck dumb. Why suddenly Fannie asked him about his virginity?

“Um, if you’re asking when was my first time with my hand, I think it can date back to…” Saying that, Nate was hit by something on the head. “Ouch!”

“When was your first time with a girl? Where was it, and who did you did that with?” Fannie lost patience.

Nate was struck dumb again by her series of questions.

The room fell into a strange quiet, and Nate moved a step back and leaned against the wall.

He gazed into space for a long time before he opened his mouth again. “I had a wet dream once before.”

His voice was gentle and slow. “You were in that dream, and I somehow hugged you in my arms, then we began to… I-I just thought I missed you so much that I had that wet dream. When I woke up from that dream, I thought it was too real to be just a dream…”

“However, you were absent when I opened my eyes, and I felt deep regret that I didn’t let it last a while longer… I…” Nate suddenly stopped and looked at Fannie’s eyes.

Fannie, instead, burst into tears and cried, “Nate, it wasn’t a dream!”
