Chapter 75
Go Away, I’m A Billionairess Now By Evie Cole Chapter 75
Chapter 75 Who Is That Man?
Samara did not expect to meet Chaim. She did not want to see him, so she naturally did not feel guilty. She just did not want his suspicious and disdainful expression to remind her that she had lost him again and again.
Moreover, she was holding Kadin’s arm.
Kadin had protected her since she was a child. When she was in middle school, her parents were called to school because of her fighting. The first thing Kadin did was to ask her if she was injured. Then he inquired about the ins and outs of the matter. In the end, he asked her to apologize.
There was no right or wrong in her relationship with Chaim. She had insisted on marrying into the Humphrey family.
However, Chaim had never treated her as his wife and had not protected her for the past three years.
When Chaim and Samara had first divorced, if she had not stopped Kadin, Kadin would have taken people to the Humphrey family to settle the score.
Now Kadin and Chaim met, Samara suddenly had a headache.
She did not want to greet Chaim, and in fact, there was no need to greet him.
Samara held Kadin’s arm and walked past Chaim.
“Samara.”
She did not want to greet him, but Chaim spoke.
Chaim looked at her coldly. There was also inexplicable anger in his eyes.
Samara glanced at him and replied calmly, “What a coincidence, Mr. Humphrey.”
Kadin’s face darkened, but before he could speak, Samara pressed him on the shoulder..
Samara looked down at Kadin helplessly. “Dad, it will be embarrassing to quarrel here.”
Hearing Samara’s words, Kadin endured his anger, but he could not help but say, “Is this your ex– husband?
“He doesn’t look like a prize to me.”
To Chaim, Kadin’s words sounded like bragging or sarcasm.
Chaim looked at Samara. “After leaving the Humphrey family, you’ve made progress, Samara.”
Chaim had thought Samara would grow, but he did not expect that she would lower herself to rely on a middle–aged
man.
Although the middle–aged man looked decent and younger than his age, Samara was still a mistress. Chaim looked
down on her for it.
Hearing Chair’s words, Samara smiled instead of getting angry. “Thank you for your praise, Mr. Humphrey. After leaving the Humphrey family, I indeed feel happier.”
After she finished speaking, she held Kadin’s hand and entered the elevator.
The elevator door slowly closed. She stood in it and looked coldly at Chaim who was outside. She was not disappointed but felt she had been stupid back then.
Kadin snorted coldly. Just as the elevator doors were about to close, he fiercely spat at Chaim.
Soon, the elevator doors were completely closed. Neither of them would see each other again. Text property © Nôvel(D)ra/ma.Org.
Chaim stood there. When he thought about how Samara did not feel ashamed but was smiling, he felt he had been provoked by her. He was mad, but before he could vent the anger out, Samara left with Kadin.
“Mr. Humphrey, if we don’t leave now, we will be late.”
Reid stood for a while. Time passed by. Reid could only bite the bullet and speak.
Chaim coldly glanced at him. “Check who that man is!”
Reid was surprised and wanted to remind Chaim that he and Samara had divorced, but after thinking for a while, Reid held back. “Okay, Mr. Humphrey.”
Chaim’s expression became serious as he walked forward.
