" She will get that later. Come to the movie out at night. See you later," Xander got the phone from me and ended the conversation. Everyone is good at snatching my phone from me.

" So, no more phone,"

" No more phone. Okay. What do you wanna do now?"

" You... you know that. Don't you?" Xander's eyes roamed over my body while his hand played with my hair.

" Near the bookshelf?" I asked working with his shirt button.

" Yes, right here," He kissed me as our bodies pressed together. I could cherish these moments and wish my life will be good like this. After all, I believe I deserve happiness.

I opened the door and Henry standing outside with four tickets in his hands.

" You are right on time,"

" Yeah, so do you like this new environment, Madison. I know this place is more than you ever expected to live."

" As long as I'm with Xander, I can live anymore,"

" Does that mean you don't like the mansion?" Henry questioned, keeping the tickets in his pocket.

" She loves the bookshelf more than anything. I should probably buy more and make a room for books," Xander said, walking downstairs.

" Then she may never come out of the room. It will be a problem to you, Xander," Henry pointed out the issue. He's right. My feet might never get out of the room.

" Not a problem to me. I will make love to her in the room dedicated to books."

" Well, I didn't ask you about that," Henry lowered his voice. I feel like Henry and Xander are becoming good friends with no memory of the past.

" I meant you won't see her often," He added. The doorbell rang again. I know it's Sofia. I didn't even take one step towards the door, but she came inside. She's always invited here. She knows that.

" Hey, I guess I'm the one who's late. I can see a Lamborghini outside. Are we going in it?" she asked with excitement. The only thing she didn't do is jumping on her feet like a kid.

" Um...sorry to disappoint you. But no. Henry already booked a taxi for us. Plus the seating capacity is not for four members." Xander said.

" When I learn how to drive, I will take you in Xander's Lamborghini." I consulted her and we went outside. The taxi already arrived on time.

I put my head on Xander's shoulder on the way to the mall while Sofia was busy scrolling something on her phone and Henry was in some office calls.

This time someone's phone rang but I know it's not mine.

" Hey, it's yours," I told Xander, taking his phone from his pocket by myself. Xander looked at my confused look as I looked at the number. He didn't save the number but I can guess it's Veronica.

" It's Veronica. You wanna talk?"

" Well, I'm not sure. What does she want now?" He looked unsure whether to attend or ignore.

" I think you should talk, Madison. She won't call him again if you do that," Sofia said, without taking her eyes off her phone. Xander didn't object to Sofia's idea so I attended her call.

" Hello, Iam not here to make any problem, Xander. But I forget something in your house. Can I come and get it? I won't take more time and there's also..."

" Hold on. Hold on. This is Madison. We are not in the home so come tomorrow whatever you left in his house,"

" You? Give the phone to Xander. I'm not here to talk with you." I tried to control my anger. Her voice is driving me mad and makes me remember everything she has done to me.

" I'm not going to give the phone to him. Tell it to me or end the call. Which way is easy for you?" I firmly said as Xander grinned next to me.

" Give. the. phone. to. him. Don't. test. my patience." She said each word slowly and furiously.

" Not gonna happen," I ended the call by myself.

" That was cool. She's not going to get embarrassed again," Sofia replied, trying to take a good selfie inside the taxi.

" This is a better way to avoid her. You should attend her call every time, Madison," Henry said, from the front seat.

" Veronica never even let me call Xander when they are together in the school and college years," Henry added.

" Did she? Then why didn't I scold her? Why have I been a stupid person in the past." Xander asked Henry, hating how he acted years ago.

" Maybe you would have scolded her if you know I called you. She attends the call by herself and says you are busy. Busy with something every time. I only get to talk with you if you are not with her,"

" Really? I don't know if I should hate myself or pity the old me," Xander replied, looking outside the windows. Unexpectedly, Xander's phone rang again.

" Is it Veronica again?" I asked.

" No, it's a new number," Xander said, about to attend it. But Sofia got up from her seat and asked for his phone.

" Give it to me. I will attend it."

" Xander looked confused. " If it's some office call, you can't talk."

" Why would I want to talk with your office mates. I feel like it could be Veronica again. Give it to me before she hangs up," Sofia urged and Xander hesitated and handed his phone.

Sofia attended the call and stayed silent waiting for the person to speak. But there's no voice on the other side.

" Who is it?" She asked after some silence.

" Who's speaking now? Is it Xander's phone or it belongs to everyone," I heard Veronica's voice again. Oh, god. She's might even disturb us in the movie.

" I hope you know who Iam. What do you want?"

" Sofia. Give the phone to Xander. Or I will come to his house directly."

" You can go there but it will be locked. If you really left something in his house, get it tomorrow. We don't have time to talk with you. Could you hand up or should I do that?"

" If he's not in the home, tell me where is he?"

" For what? To plan another wedding without his willingness?"

" Damn, Sofia, you don't need to mention that?" I whispered. These small words might raise Veronica's temper. I'm planning not to meet her again, not to have another problem.

" Don't talk about the wedding. I warn you. Now tell me where you are all or I will track you,"

" Track us if you want to waste your time. Bye." Sofia ended the call and gave it back to Xander.

" What does she want?" He asked.

" Who knows? She said she's going to track us. Then she will probably end up inside the theatre with or without popcorn. So, are we there yet?"

" What if she disturbs us inside the theatre? We can't watch the movie?" Henry asked.

" Everyone will kick her out if she interrupts the movie," Xander replied as the taxi came to a stop. We are right in front of a mall.
