drop you off here later, and I'll head to the store."

Yanis stood up and replied, "Your expressions gave it away long before you said anything."

Allan and Reed exchanged a glance and were grateful that they didn't decide to abandon the

unexpected child in the end.

Yanis had already messaged Dr. Watson earlier, and since he was at the hospital today, she took Allan

and Reed for a check-up.

Perhaps due to Reed's young age and her overall good health, the check-up went smoothly with no

Dr. Watson offered some advice and then gave Reed a box of folic acid. "Be careful during the first

three months and avoid any intimacy. After three months, be cautious but you can be more relaxed."

Allan, however, paid full attention and nodded at Dr. Watson after she finished. "Thank you, Dr.

Watson."

Dr. Watson smiled, "You're Miss Thompson's friends, there's no need to be so formal."

Yanis also thanked Dr. Watson, and they all left the hospital together.

Outside the hospital entrance, Yanis said goodbye to Allan and Reed and separated from them.

"Yanis, take care," Reed called out.
