I love you till the end, Mr. Buenavista

Samarra had risen earlier than usual, so she seriously considered cooking for Zachary. She slowly removes Zachary’s thigh from around her waist after removing his arm without waking him up. She entered the restroom without hesitation.

She took a shower and put on Zachary’s oversized t-shirt. She had no idea, but she felt at ease wearing his clothes. She also picked up a box she had purchased for Zachary the day before. She did not use the atm given to her by Zachary. She couldn’t afford to spend much of his money because she knew he didn’t have much. If he has any, it is only from his allowance. Maybe she’ll use it when they buy something for their house.

She went to the kitchen to see what she could make for Zachary. She notices the man because he always eats a heavy breakfast. She planned to cook fried milkfish, bacon, egg, and fried rice. She knows how to cook but hates Zachary’s ordering and forcing her to do the wife’s chores.

Samarra plugged in a speaker and began playing reggae music. Her hips swayed and accompanied the music as she began to cook.

Zachary awoke without seeing Samarra. He immediately stood up and looked around the room for Samarra, but she was nowhere to be found.

He could smell the scent she had left behind in the room. He became concerned that Samarra might leave without informing him. He couldn’t wait until midnight to see them again. He didn’t bother putting on the top and rushed downstairs. He was on the last step of the stairs when he heard loud music from their kitchen.

He was so shocked to see Samarra. Busy cooking what. He could see the grinding of her waist accompanied by reggae music. She moves her head slightly, as well as her waist.

He smiles as he watches his wife. As if she doesn’t feel his presence. He glanced at her from head to toe.

Zachary slightly swallowed.

Samarra was wearing his t-shirt that only reached her thigh. Her smooth thighs are exposed, and her long hair is tied in a messy bun.

What a morning surprise!

Sneeze loudly to get Samarra’s attention. He was not disappointed because she quickly looked back at her behavior and seemed even more surprised to see him.

“Y-you…? Oh, my gosh!” Samarra stuttered as she faced him, holding the kitchen turner. He could tell she was taken aback and swallowing. Perhaps Samarra didn’t expect him to see her dancing.

He shrugged and turned away from her, imitating Samarra’s grinding. He noticed a crack in her lip as he looked at her. He approached Samarra slowly, his face flushed, and his gaze averted from her.

“Why?” he politely inquired of Samarra, who turned his back and couldn’t meet his gaze.

She shook her head and moved her gaze away from him. He was well aware that he was making Samarra uncomfortable. So, he went up, hugged her, and turned around.

“Why are you so shy? You’re an amazing dancer.”

He could feel Samarra’s delicate pinch on his arm. “Stop teasing me,” Samarra said to him with a tinge of annoyance. So, he stops teasing her. He held her waist closer to him. He sniffed her hair and neck.

“Hmph, you made my breakfast?”

Samarra nodded and turned off the stove. “Sit down first.” She snouted on the chair, so Zachary was just forced to follow Samarra’s command to him. He couldn’t help but smile on his lips as he watched Samarra take care of him.

Why should Samarra be kind and attentive today? Hopefully, keep going. He hopes the lazy and sloppy Samarra never returns; he silently wishes.

When Samarra placed the cooked ones in front of Zachary, his spirit awoke.

“Are you not going to eat?” When he noticed Samarra only had one plate, he inquired.

“I did,” she said as she arranged a plate of fruits.

“What? Will you eat fruit again?”

“Yes, why?”

“No, come here and share what you made.”

Samarra was forced to stand up to get another plate, but he quickly stopped her arm.

“Where are you going?”

“I’ll go get a plate. You said we shared the food, didn’t you?”

“No, we can share one plate.”

He grabbed Samarra by the waist and sat her on his lap. He sees Samarra blushing, sitting on his thighs. He felt Samarra was excluded from their position but did not want it to leave. So even though he was feeling weird, he didn’t reveal it to Samarra so she wouldn’t be more confused when he sat down.

“Say ah,” he said as he brought the spoon with only rice and dish to Samarra’s mouth. He saw the disgust on Samarra’s face, but she didn’t say a word and was forced to eat the food he had brought. They were in that position when Samarra suddenly stood up.

“Wait a minute. I didn’t make your coffee.” And rushed to make coffee. He observed Samarra as she brewed his coffee. He had no idea Samarra and he would end up like this. She was going to brew and cook. Knowing Samarra, it was a lazy act and an unwillingness to obey.

“Here.” She sat down next to him after finishing the cup.

They quietly ate until they were done.Nôvel(D)ra/ma.Org exclusive © material.

He offered to do their dishes. Samarra just stared at him while he washed.

She was restless in the chair as if someone wanted to say something unspeakable.

“Why?” he wondered as he sat next to Samarra after finishing his washing.

She shook and stood still.

He followed his wife’s gaze as she walked towards the study room as if it were Samarra’s favorite hangout spot. The wind blew him away in annoyance. He no longer understood Samarra’s actions. They were fine earlier. Her mood would shift in a split second. He was no longer able to ride her habit. He’d rather have her respond than remain silent and silent.

Shaken entered the living room, where they had left the paper bags the night before. He gathered the others and led them up to their room. He walked up and down the stairs until all their shopping bags were inside their room.

Shopping bags nearly occupied their room, so he emptied the paper bag and folded the clothes. He hung the shoes on the shoe rack.

What a life! He just finished cleaning yesterday. He’s putting her clothes away once more. Wait? Why should he bother trying to fix it? It’s just not for him. He hurriedly threw away the paper bags. He’d get up and kick the folded clothes.

When the door opened, he was about to kick the clothes. He was taken aback.

“What are you up to?” Samarra frowned and approached him, carrying some juice.

He gave a hesitant smile. “Oh well.” His neck was highly scratchy.

“Tsk. What made you fold it? I called Mommy Lorraine and asked if I could borrow their maids to wash my clothes. She says that maids will be arriving to do the laundry,” she said as she handed him the juice.

“Is this yours?” he asked, clutching the juice Samarra had given him.

“Yeah, and I’ll also give you something.” She quickly turned away from him.

Samarra returned, holding a paper bag and handing her to him.

“Here. Open it up.”

He took the paper bag, which contained a small box.

He opened the small box, and he noticed an expensive watch. It was a Rolex Sky-Dweller. As far as he knows, the price is not a joke. That type of watch is worth less than three million pesos.

During those hours, he was unable to speak. He appeared surprised by Samarra’s offer. He will not accept it because it is too expensive. He would appropriately return the watch to Samarra.

“If you intend to return it. I’m not going to accept it. If you don’t want to, throw it away.”

He frowned and followed Samarra out of the room. Her tone of voice irritated him.
