Chapter 583 Leftovers
Eudora stood up after finishing eating. She looked at the leftovers on the table and felt a little pity.
"You're so prodigal. This meal is excellent, but there's still so much food left. Aren't you feel ashamed?"
The men opposite felt quite aggrieved after being blamed for no reason.
Trevor seemed innocent. "I already said that I wasn't hungry." Content © copyrighted by NôvelDrama.Org.
Jervis touched his nose. "I'm a vegetarian."
Colton glanced at Trevor and Jervis sadly, knowing that he had run out of excuses.
He kept pondering and finally said, "Yeah... I'm actually a bit hungry now. I guess I can eat these
leftovers."
Unexpectedly, just as he finished speaking, the other three said in unison, "You must finish all of them!"
Colbert, Jervis, and Trevor looked at Colton, expecting him to eat up everything.
Eudora nodded in agreement. "Colton, look at you. You are so skinny that you almost look like a
skeleton. According to the novel I read, there must be someone in a wealthy family who is despised by
all the other members. Your parents only love your elder brother and always ignore you, right? Did they
treat you harshly and starve you."
Eudora remembered those novels that she had read before. And in those novels, there must be a poor
kid from a wealthy family who was despised by all of his relatives.
The corners of Colton's mouth twitched wildly. "Huh. Eudora, I'm impressed by your imagination.
Maybe you should become an author."
"Good point. But I can do more than that."
Eudora knew that Colton was teasing her, but she laughed it off. "Hurry up and eat. Don't waste it. I'm a
bit stuffed, so I'll go for a walk."
With that, Eudora patted her stuffed belly and walked out of the ward, wanting to wander around
outside.
After she left, Colton slammed his spoon on the table. "Trevor, Colbert, Jervis, what the hell?"
"What's wrong? We didn't do anything to you. It was Eudora."
"Trevor is right."
"Eudora asked you to eat it for your own good."
Colbert was the last to speak. Then, he glanced at Colton meaningfully, and his complicated gaze
instantly made Colton shudder.
"Colbert, don't look at me like that. I'm really not interested in women like Eudora. I'm serious!"
Although Colton was a man, he was very sensitive.
He immediately knew what Colbert was thinking when he met his gaze.
Thus, Colton tried his best to explain.
"Alright. Eat."
Colbert stopped looking at Colton and picked up his cutlery to eat the leftovers on the table without
hesitation.
The other three were speechless.
They all knew that Colbert had a serious obsession with cleanliness and would never eat anyone's
leftovers. But now, he made an exception for Eudora.
