She was still stretching her body and hadn’t noticed me yet, she replied good morning but when she finally took note of me, she jumped off from the bed saying, “Good Morning Sir, I am so sorry, I do not know how I crawled to your bed please don’t be offended.”

“You are so funny, you didn’t crawl in here but I saved your life from death,” I added with a smile.

“I am sorry for causing your problem, I don’t know why I passed out, please do not punish me, I beg of you.” She went on her knees shaking already, do I look that scary?

“I think you do a bit,” Raja said

“Hey, stand up at once,” I yelled at her and she obeyed at once without wasting any minute at all.

“Come sit on the bed, mate,” I added.

She looked at me a bit surprised as she obeyed quietly walking slowly to sit in the bed.

“Good, how are you feeling? I mean do you still feel much pain? The nurse was here last night.” I asked.

“I.. I… I fee…. l better.” She stammered.

Why is she so scared of me?

“Good, the nurse said you need to have your medication immediately you are awake but you need to eat breakfast, the bathroom is over there, wash your mouth and have a good bath to look refreshed.”

“Okay, sir.”

I hate the fact she called me sir, I don’t want to rush the mate stuff now and also what happened to her, I want her to feel relaxed, eat her breakfast have her medications relax a bit before bringing it up.

I can’t believe my mate will be this scared of me.

My phone rang and it was a call from Mom, then Simon, I refused to pick any of the calls because I am not ready to talk about anything this morning, I have no fear at work because Simon got things covered.

The call kept on coming to the extent I had to text a message to them before the call stopped.

I called the maid with the room phone to get me a female outfit for the girl in my room and it came at once.

I walked to the bathroom door telling her through the door, “Your dress is on the bed, I will be going outside the room to give you time to change when you are done just knock on the door.” I said to her.Content protected by Nôv/el(D)rama.Org.

I had a terrible dream last night and waking up stretching on the bed, I heard a lovely voice that made my self be at peace but I was so stupid not to recall I was no more in the forest, I am on a bed right now replying mail greetings, seeing his face, I quickly jumped up in fear.

“Red do you know how we got in here?” I asked.

“I can’t recall a thing but I am so excited, we are with our mate right now.”

“I know he is our mate but don’t forget his status, I can’t look him in the eyes, I am a nobody to him.”

“Just shut up and be happy that for once you are free from your demon parents and stupid sister Katarina.”

I was shocked how he treated me so nice but still, people that act this nice are more deadly when provoked.

I entered the bathroom to have my bath as instructed by him, turning the shower on, I started crying wishing why my life was like this, can’t I get happy for once or is it much to ask?

While I was battling with my thought, I heard his lovely voice again even if it was a bit cold.

“Your dress is on the bed, I will be going outside the room to give you time to change when you are done just knock on the door.”

“Thank you.”

I am happy to enjoy the kindness from someone at least, “Hey will you finish bathing so you won’t offend our mate.” Red said.

“Oh, I almost forgot because I was enjoying the flow of the water.” I came out of the bathroom and he was not in the room, I saw the dress and I had to fit into it.

When I finished I knocked on the door as he instructed then he came in and his aura is something I love, his scent filled the entire room.

“Now let’s eat so you can have your medication now.” He added taking his seat.

I was about to sit on the bed when he stopped me saying, “You are my mate and I have accepted you, I don’t know about you, so sit here.” He tapped his lap and I was so shy, my cheek started burning.

“You mean I should sit?” I asked and he nodded then I gazed at his charming eyes that almost made me lose my balance.

I had no choice but to sit on his leg, I was shocked when he started feeding me the breakfast, I chew silently and I will say, I am enjoying the moment.

“Now drink from your cup of tea.”

I could not stop blushing, no one has ever fed me with food.

When we finished eating, he gave me the tablets to take and I took them at once and here is the Olf leave, it is bitter as hell.

I carried a weird face looking at the leaf he said, “You need to get better okay? Have it.”

I took it from him and started chewing it, I know when someone takes this, the eyes will start glowing and it was happening to me.

“Now you have to rest a little more so your medication can work.”

“Thank you so much sir, but I feel better.”

“I said you are taking your rest now.” He used his alpha voice on me and I obeyed like a small puppy.

I entered the bed shaking then he said, “I will be out now, make sure you rest and when I return, we have to talk.” He stood up taking the plates away from the room.

“Red what do you think he means by we have to talk?”

“Maybe he wants to talk about marriage ”

“Nah I doubt that, what if he wants to punish me or yell at me?”

“Our mate is not mad, how can someone just come back in here and start giving you punishment for no reason or yelling at you, you need to think, by the way, I need to rest, our mate said we need that.”

“Sure I am feeling all dizzy already.”

What could be the main talk he has in mind, should I escape from here? Wait a minute, I don’t even know where I am?
