Chapter 605
Chapter 605 A powerful wave of spiritual energy rippled out.
Wilbur threw a punch that collided with the short and muscular elder's fist.
A deafening sound rang through the air, and the elder let out a cry of agony as he spat out a mouthful of blood, flying through the air and landing heavily on the ground.
Wilbur's left hand made a circular motion at the same time, batting the fists aimed at his ribs away. The attacker's wrists cracked audibly, and he cried out in pain as he collapsed to the ground.
The sword was just about to touch
Wilbur's skin.
Yet in an impossible feat against physics, Wilbur turned around at the speed of light. He dodged the attack and counterattacked with a kick at the same time.
The sword wielder spat out a large mouthful of blood at once, his gaze turning into one of disbelief.
He could hardly believe that a human body could move like that, at such a speed that gave him no chance to retaliate at all.
All of this happened within a matter of seconds. All three bodyguards were heavily wounded and out of commission.
Wilbur put his hands behind his back, staring at the Eagle City Princes coldly.
The Eagle City Princes were in a state of shock. None of them could believe what they saw. All three Ambience level cultivators had attacked at the same time, but all of them had been taken down and heavily wounded. Just how powerful was this guy? Asher and the rest of the Yves family were losing their minds. They stared at Wilbur as if they had just seen a ghost.
Fabian was the only one who smirked.
What a joke, trying to take down Wilbur with three Ambience level cultivators.
wilbur piped up, "Twas just returning the favor. won't be nice if anyone challenges me anymore."
That implied that he had been going easy just now.
Wilbur was telling the truth. Three Ambience level cultivators might be impossibly powerful to regular people, but they were nothing to Wilbur.
Moreover, he was more than capable of killing all of them with just one move.
He was not there to kill anyone, though. There was no grudge between him and these people, but he would not play nice if anyone else disrespected him.
"you're a pretty good fighter, aren't you?" Justin spoke up, at last, staring at Wilbur coldly.
The Eagle City Princes smirked coldly at once. It didn't matter how good of a fighter Wilbur was. He would have a
death wish if he so much as touched Justin at all.
However, the three of them wish for that exact scenario to happen, for Wilbur to make Justin feel the slightest bit threatened. If that were to happen, the Yves family would be done for.
Wilbur was a dead man if he had the nerve to attack Justin, and no one would be able to save him.
Wilbur looked straight at Justin. "I know who you are. Xaron Clark, son of Eagle City's top dog, Braxton Yaegar.
1'd forget about trying to make a move on Faye if I were you, though. She's mine, got it?" Wilbur's words were an undeniable threat, and even Justin was surprised.
It was honestly Justin's first time encountering someone who knew who he was and dared to threaten him still: The Eagle City Princes smiled at once.
'Go on, you bastard. The angrier Justin got, the better," they thought.
Asher finally returned to his senses and shouted, "You're out of your mind, bastard! How dare you threaten Mister Yaegar?" "Who the f*ck does he think he is? He threatened me first, so why can't] do the same?" Wilbur replied calmly. Contentt bel0ngs to N0ve/lDrâ/ma.O(r)g!
"you..." Asher was trembling with rage, shaking as he pointed at Wilbur.
Faye hurried over to calm him down.
please don't get mad, Grandpa. I was
never going to agree to this in the first place, so please don't force me." Faye was just trying to talk her grandfather out of this, but Asher was in too deep for any of that.
The Yves family would be doomed if they got on Justin's bad side.
"Are you trying to give me a heart attack, you brat?" Asher slammed the table, shouting at Faye.
Faye sighed, saying nothing more.
Justin said then, "I've yet to meet anyone in Eagle City who had the nerve to talk back to me. You're going to have to pay for that, you know." nwell, it's just your luck that you met me, then. Try to walk the other way the next time you see me."
