Solana and the others gasped instinctively.

However, the members of the Black Wolf Team remained silent and showed
no concern for their leader, for worrying about a king was laughable.
Xarri’s form shifted, appearing to dodge the incoming projectiles while
actually catching them with his hands, suddenly preparing to counterattack.
Night Fox, having anticipated this, smugly used Quell’s body as a shield in
front of him. But to his surprise, Xarri’s projectiles were aimed at the Airspace
guards behind him, taking out an enemy with each shell.
The screams disrupted Night Fox’s rhythm, and before he could react to the
powerful presence approaching, Xarri was already in front of him.
With two swift jabs of his fingers through the air…

Night Fox, though untouched, felt two sharp pains in his body. If not for his
extraordinary combat instincts, he would have been hit in his vital points and
ended up dead.
“Die!”
For Xarri, to shout out loud was a rare occurrence, revealing the depth of his
anger.
Appalled, Night Fox immediately released Quell and shifted all his focus to
defending against Xarri’s attacks. But the instant he let go, he realized he had
been outsmarted.
Xarri swiftly pulled his sister back and, with a single strike, forced Night Fox to
retreat.
In just a brief exchange, Night Fox, who had been holding a hostage, found
himself being pushed back and left in a pitiful state by Xarri. The injured
Alliance fighters erupted in excitement, their morale soaring as they stood
back up.

“Hmph, do you see the true might of the Black Wolf Team’s leader now?” Aqua
sneered with her arms akimbo. “And just so you know, we have a new leader
who’s ten times stronger than you!”
“That’s right!”
“You’re the weakest Black Wolf Team leader we’ve ever seen!”
“No wonder you were forgotten so quickly!”
Everyone joined in, returning all the arrogance and mockery the Black Wolf
Team had received earlier. It was as if the frustration in their hearts had been
instantly vented, bringing them immense satisfaction.
Meanwhile, Night Fox, furious and humiliated, barked orders, “Fire! Kill them
all!”
The Airspace guards behind him finally reacted. But before they could act,
the remnants of the Alliance fighters from downstairs stormed up.
Seeing that, Quell finally understood why her brother had arrived late,

Without an elite expert leading the charge, the remaining Alliance fighters
would never have made it upstairs.
“Quell, I’m leaving this place to you!”
With chaos all around, Xarri knew it wasn’t the time for a reunion. After
draping his coat over his sister, he turned his attention back onto Night Fox.
Night Fox shuddered slightly, but he didn’t cower before Xarri and instead
sneered coldly, “You’re impressive; certainly worthy of a duel with me. If you’re
not a coward, come in!” With that, he retreated into his special room.
“Xarri, make sure you kill him and press the dock switch by 6 p.m. sharp!”
Quell shouted as she fought off enemies.
“Understood!”
However, Xarri didn’t rush in immediately. Instead, he cleared out the

remaining enemies with the others, ensuring a safe environment for his
comrades before he would confront Night Fox.
There were still nearly four hours until 6 p.m., and Xarri knew his battle with
Night Fox, regardless of the outcome, would not take that long.

This battle had reached a critical point for the Alliance. Victory couldn’t be
secured by dominating just one front–they had to win on all five to achieve
the final victory. On the other hand, the Airspace Group’s defenders only
needed to hold one point and wait for reinforcements to arrive to claim
victory! The conditions for victory were starkly unequal.
“Did you see that?”
In the central tower of the island, Emmanuel and the Queen of the Dark Night
Islands remained in a standoff.
The Wolf Warrior rarely killed women unless they were enemy operatives or
irredeemably evil. Freya certainly fell into the latter category. However,

“I believe victory will be ours!” Emmanuel declared with renewed conviction.
“I’ll kill you now and find the button to activate the dock!”
