Love Beyond Control

“I’m very serious. I’m even surprised that you two aren’t aware of all these. There are rumours that he sleeps with everything that bends down to urinate. I know exactly what I’m talking about. Elion Copper is not someone any serious person will want to get close to.”

Said Ella with a serious tone and Elion observed her for some time before addressing her.

“It seems you know a lot about Elion Copper.” Said Elion with a very cold voice which frightened Ella to the point that fear gripped her but she suddenly became shaky and knelt in front of her husband and begged like a child.

“See, I know what I’m talking about. He is very hot tempered, arrogant, overbearing, heartless, and he is a chronic womaniser. I’m really shocked to know that you people don’t know who Elion Copper is. And there are rumours that he is equally very grumpy.”

She continued to explain without noticing the change in the atmosphere. Henry, who has been standing as though he is standing on hot nails, broke out in cold sweat while Elion Copper became very angry. After suppressing his anger, he asked calmly but mockingly.

“Is he one of the men you have been messing around with?”

If everyone in this world suddenly disappears and the only one left is Elion Copper and myself, I will rather entangle myself with a monkey, guerrilla, baboon or chimpanzee…”

“What? ” Asked Henry in shock while sweating profusely but at the same time, he was laughing seriously.

“I’m telling you.” Replied Ella innocently.

“You are in his villa and you still have the guts to gossip about him?” Asked Elion angrily.

“I am fighting for my future. I am not gossiping anybody.” Replied Pandora.

Elion frowned and looked at Henry who immediately started wheeling his wheelchair out of Elion Copper’s residence and Ella followed them like a chick running away from a hawk.

“And where do you think you are going?” Ask Elion.

“Going back with you…” Ella was still trying to explain when Elion’s angry voice rang into her ear like a church bell.

“Why are you stupid and deaf at the same time? Haven’t I told you that you will be living..”

“Please, I beg you in the name of God, I can’t live here. Elion Copper is a pervert and a very bad person…” Ella tried to plead her case on her knees but what Elion said next stunned her.Property of Nô)(velDr(a)ma.Org.

“You are just a retired slut so stop condemning a man you are not even worthy to set foot in his residence. For your information, I already sold you to him and collected the money already and my brother and I are going abroad today all thanks to the money…”

“You did what?” Asked Ella in disbelief.

“How can you sell your own wife to that pervert that calls himself Elion Copper? Why are you the same as them? I thought you are different but you all are just the same. You are worse than them all and I hate you.”

Ella continued to rant while Henry wheeled Elion’s wheelchair out of the gate leaving Ella fixed on one position. Left alone, Ella squatted like an abandoned child and cried her lungs out.

The butler walked to her and took her into the house and after showing her around, she took her to a corridor behind the mansion.

“Ella, this is where you will be sleeping so drop whatever you have there and get to work.”

Said the butler without a smile.

With a shaky voice, Ella tried to enquire.

“Ma’am, are you saying I’m going to be sleeping on the cold floor…”

“Master Elion doesn’t want you to stain nor contaminate the interior of his mansion with that body of yours that has satisfied all the men in the city.”

The butler responded arrogantly leaving Ella in surprise but she continued to enquire.

“Please ma’am, who told him I…”

“It is written on your forehead if you don’t know. Anyone looking at you or who knows the type of creature you got married to will know that you have a lot of skeletons in your cupboard. No pretty girl like you with an innocent past will marry the creature you got married to.” Explained The Butler as though she was lecturing a child.

“But ma’am, that’s not…”

“Shut up and get to work. Master Elion doesn’t tolerate any form of laziness.”

As soon as The Butler was done talking, The Butler walked away leaving Ella crying and cursing the day she was born. After dropping the shopping bag which contained her only gown, she went to meet The Butler who immediately assigned her on what to do. Ella took her time dry cleaning the floor after which she went to the kitchen to keep it clean. When she was done, she went back to the corridor where she will be sleeping and laid down to rest.

Elion Copper was busy on the laptop in front of him when Henry walked in to report something to him.

“Master Elion, I just spoke with The Butler and she said Ella is presently sleeping.”

Elion Copper looked at the time on his wrist watch and frowned.

“How can a normal human being be sleeping by this time of the day?” Asked Elion Copper.

“Master Elion, I didn’t…” Henry was still trying to explain when Elion interrupted him.

“Cancel the meeting this afternoon. I’m heading home to teach that lazy pig a lesson myself.”

Said Elion Copper without a smile which scared the living light out of Henry. He took his phone and while making some calls, he followed his boss out of the office and into the elevator. As soon as they got to the parking lot, Elion didn’t wait for Henry to open the door for him. He quickly opened the door and got into the car like someone on a deadly mission. Henry on his part got into the driver’s seat without wasting time and sped up as soon as he got in.

Immediately they got to the villa, Elion got out of the car and went straight to the corridor where Ella was resting. As soon as he got there, The Butler brought a bucket of ice water and poured it mercilessly on Ella. She got up as though she had her worst nightmare and as soon as she stood up and wiped her face, her eyes fell on The Butler and without noticing the presence of Elion Copper and his PA, she asked The Butler in tears.

“Ma’am, with all due respect, what have I done again? I already…”

Before she could complete her statement, Elion Copper gave her a deadly slap and she stumbled and tried to support herself when another slap came again pushing her to fall mercilessly on the ground. After balancing herself on the ground, she looked up only to see Elion Copper looking down at her fiercely and she immediately stood up in shock while panicking at the same time as she greeted her boss.

“Young Master Williams, good afternoon sir.”
