Chapter 83 A Control Freak
Chapter 83 A Control Freak
"I'm exhausted." Eva was finally able to sit down and rest. She was in the taxi leaving the studio for the
airport.
Bonnie smiled, "You are being exhausted after only one schedule. What will you do after a day of
shooting?"
"Spare me, work!" Eva said. ConTEent bel0ngs to Nôv(e)lD/rama(.)Org .
"What are you doing in such a hurry to go back? Have a rest here, try the local food, and go back in the
evening." Bonnie asked her inexplicably.
"Uh, there's something I need to do." Eva's expression froze. She couldn't say that she was
"threatened" by Caleb.
Although she stubbornly refused to go back on the phone, she was really afraid that Caleb was serious
and her new play would be cut off. She has worked so hard to be in this drama, and she can't waste it
in vain.
Bonnie saw that Eva was reluctant to say more, so she didn't ask any further.
It was just eight o'clock when Eva hurriedly returned to Rosenfeld Hill. Coincidentally, Eva met Caleb at
the door.
And he was not alone.
A sweet girl was holding his arm. She raised her face and smiled brightly at Caleb.
Eva's heart stopped for one second and then she felt jealousy.
"Who is this?" The girl looked at Eva and asked. Eva stood at the door with her suitcase, stared at
Caleb without saying a word, and looked at the girl with some hostility.
Caleb raised his eyes, looked at Eva's stubborn face, and said lightly, "Eva Sommers."
No subject, no predicate, just her name.
"Does Miss Sommers also live in this community? Hello." The girl said politely, "My name is Esther
Deville, maybe we will be neighbors in the future. I am Caleb's..."
She stopped in the middle of her words and smiled shyly, which was more likely to cause
misunderstandings among others.
"Esther, you should go." Caleb opened the car door and asked her to leave.
Before closing the door, Caleb suddenly turned to Eva and said, "Wait for me at home."
"You live here together with her?" Esther was shocked and looked at Eva in disbelief. This woman gave
her a sense of danger, especially when she knew that the two lived together.
"Then I want to stay here too!" Esther said coquettishly.
Eva sneered, "Mr. Livingstone must be very happy to be surrounded by so many women. I feel sorry for
you if you talk to me."
After speaking, she left and planned to go upstairs to pack her things and move out of Rosenfeld Hill.
Caleb was just the same as Brody. She just didn't realize this before.
"I'll ask the driver to send you back." Caleb's face sank and he didn't see her again. He closed the car
door and left with Eva.
Esther pursed her lips and stubbornly stood where she was, unwilling to leave.
She just returned home today and came to Rosenfeld Hill to find Caleb before she could go back to her
own house. She has not seen him for a year and she missed him very much, but Caleb sent her away
before she could say something. When she finally begged him to take her home, this woman suddenly
showed up.
Everything was gone!
This woman wanted to steal Caleb from her. She must be dreaming.
Esther left reluctantly under the urging of the driver with a trace of viciousness in her eyes.
Caleb was only one minute late and Eva had already returned to her room.
"Eva, open the door." Caleb knocked on the door.
Eva opened the closet, stuffed her clothes into the suitcase, and didn't respond to him at all.
Caleb waited for a long time and did not see her open the door, so he directly asked the housekeeper
to get the door key, opened the locked door, and walked in.
"Who is this?" Eva said coldly.
"Eva, I can explain it." Caleb squeezed her shoulders with both hands, forcing her to look directly at
him.
"Oh. You are always right. What's the need for explanation?" Eva sneered.
When it comes to quarrels, she never loses.
"Oh, by the way, Mr. Livingstone should save your energy and explain to your fiancée."
Eva exerted her strength and pushed him away.
Caleb didn't know why Eva was so angry at all. They had been quarreling because of what happened
yesterday. She took her things and was planning to leave as soon as she came back, which was a
challenge to his authority.
They made such a big noise that William ran out of the game room.
Seeing they were quarreling and Eva was about to leave with the suitcase, William cried out. He held
Eva's leg in one hand and Caleb's thigh in the other, crying loudly.
Eva felt sorry that Liam was crying so sadly and she knelt to comfort him softly.
Caleb stood aside, watching.
Eva originally made up her mind to move out but now she was unable to say anything about moving
out in front of the crying William.
It's just that since that night, she didn't talk to Caleb anymore.
Caleb didn't talk about what happened that day, because he didn't know why Eva was angry at all. It
was Eva who left without saying goodbye and when she came back, she became extremely angry.
They lived under the same roof, but they seemed to be strangers. Sometimes things that can be solved
with a single communication could cause even greater misunderstandings.
Early the next morning, Eva rode her motorcycle to the crew.
Adam watched her get off the motorcycle gracefully. She took a step with her long legs, raised her
hand to take off her helmet, and tossed her hair slightly.
"Cool, I've known you for so long and I don't know you drive motorcycles. When I come back, I'll take
you to my uncle's place for a ride. His venue is very professional." Adam said to Eva.
Eva smiled, "If I have a chance." Actually, Caleb had taken her there once before, and when she
thought about him, she lost her good mood. He was really annoying.
The two walked side by side toward the shed. Today is the first day of filming. There would be a
ceremony in the morning and one scene in the afternoon, which should be very easy.
There were quite a few reporters at the launch press conference. Seeing Eva and Adam standing
beside the director, they kept taking pictures. This would definitely be big news the next day!
There were always some romantic rumors about them and they worked together for the third time to
play a couple. Nobody was going to believe it if they said that there was nothing romantic between
them.
