Loving My Brother’s Best Friend

84• Marry Me

“Cole, did you talk to Mom?” Reyna asked him when his parents left.

“I have forgiven her, but I don’t know why I’m still not feeling like conversing with her.” He answered, sitting beside her.

She took his hand in hers. “Cole, I know you have forgiven her, but you’re still angry with her for leaving you, and your anger is justified because she did wrong to you. Just vent out all your anger in front of her; don’t keep anything inside you. What you feel just say to her without any hesitation. Believe me, you will feel better.” She explained to him, stroking his knuckles with her thumb. He just slightly nodded at her.

Reyna could notice Cole was upset, but she assumed it was because of his mother, because she didn’t know her beloved was going through a difficult time and was enduring a battle with himself.

Ethan was extremely grateful to Ella for always being by his side like a pillar. They were standing in front of each other, hand in hand.

“Thank you so much for being there with me in my arduous times, Ella, and I’m sorry for being rude to you and ignoring you earlier. I just-” she shushed him, placing her finger on his lips.

“I can understand, Ethan. Please stop apologising to me over and over because it was not your fault. You weren’t in the right state of mind.” As she spoke, he just gazed at her affectionately.

She always rendered him speechless with her love. He just cupped her face and kissed her lips softly, but they both didn’t come to know when their kiss turned passionate and they landed on the bed, half-naked and making love after a whole month. After a month, their bodies rubbed against each other, and the sensation was heaven for both of them.

She was lying under him, her hands were pinned against the mattress by him, and he was thrusting into her hard and fast. He was shirtless and his jeans were pulled to his knees while Ella’s dress was raised to her waist and pulled down from her shoulder, and her undies were lying somewhere in the corner of the room. She was moaning in immense pleasure.

“Marry me, Ella Mathew.” He proposed to her for marriage, giving her a hard thrust. She screamed, and when she realised what he had just said to her, her eyes widened in shock.

“Are you seriously proposing to me in this way?” She asked him in disbelief, panting, and he smirked.

“I’m not proposing to you. I’m ordering you to marry me because I want to spend the rest of my life like this with you in this room, Ella.” He stated, ramming into her.

“Oh, God! Oh God! Ethan. Just don’t stop.” Ella screamed, digging her nails into his hand.

As he pounded into her, they exploded together.

“I love you, my soon-to-be wife.” He confessed, touching his face with hers with a beatific smile on his face.

“I didn’t say yes, yet.”

“It doesn’t matter. We’re engaged.” He smirked, and her brows narrowed in confusion. He held her hand and showed her the diamond ring which she was wearing on her finger.

“When did you make me wear this?” She asked in a surprised tone.

“When you were busy moaning under me.” He kissed the ring, bringing a smile to her face.

“This ring is so beautiful.” As she spoke, they both beamed at each other.

“It’s beautiful because it’s on your finger.” He whispered, caressing her knuckles and staring at the ring.

Suddenly, she pushed him to the side and sat astride him. She pulled off her dress and tossed it in the corner of the room while he just gazed at her with profound desire in his eyes.

She bent over him, pressing her chest against his, and they gazed into each other’s eyes with immense love. “I love you so much, my soon-to-be husband.” She whispered against his lips before kissing him passionately and taking him deep into herself. She rode him, and they moaned and groaned insanely.

At night, Reyna was sleeping peacefully in Cole’s arms, but he couldn’t. He was trembling, recalling the accident, and what happened to him today when he sat on the bike. All these memories were traumatising him. It was killing him that now he would never be able to ride the bike again.

But when he gazed at his kiddo, his all distress disappeared. ‘As long as you’re with me, nothing matters. I’m so glad that God has returned you to me. The fact that I won’t be able to ride my bike again is inconsequential to me because I have you. You’re my joy.’ He thought and kissed her forehead before dozing off, embracing her tightly.

He awoke after a few hours due to the nightmare in which he lost his kiddo in a bike accident. He heaved a sigh of deep relief as he found her sleeping soundly in his arms. Because he was terrified by the nightmare, he kissed every inch of her face.

After that, he couldn’t sleep and just kept gazing at her, not understanding how to deal with these nightmares. He was dreadfully afraid of losing her.

The fear of losing her, the agony of never being able to ride the bike again, the nightmares, the trauma, the anxiety attack, it was becoming tough for him to cope with so many things at once, and concealing all of this from Reyna was even harder.

Next morning

Ella went to Reyna’s room to share her happiness with her best friend. Reyna was going through the notes on her phone sent by her classmates, sitting on the bed while Cole was taking the shower.

“What’s the matter, Ella, your face is glowing so much today?” Reyna asked her as she entered the room, beaming.

She rushed towards Reyna and hugged her tightly, expressing her happiness, “Ethan and I are getting married. I’m so happy.”Belonging to NôvelDrama.Org.

“Wow! This is great news. I’m so happy for you, guys.” As they pulled apart, Reyna squealed cheerily. “And I want to know how my brother proposed to you.”

Ella blushed hard, lowering her eyelashes as she recalled last night.

“Blushing and all. Now I want all the details,” Reyna said excitedly.

“Of course, I’ll tell you, Barbie. You know he didn’t propose to me, he ordered me to marry him in the middle of our…”

“Sex?” As Reyna asked, Ella hid her face with her palms and nodded.

“Fuck! Now I don’t want the details. I just can’t imagine my brother. You know,” Reyna uttered, and Ella laughed.

“It was incredible and so unique. I didn’t even realise when he slipped the ring on my finger.” Ella told her, showing the expensive ring on her finger, and Reyna just smiled.

“What’s going on, girls?” Ethan entered the room.

“I’m so excited, Ethan. You guys are finally getting married.” She squealed, clapping her hands as he approached her.

Ignoring her words, he leaned down and concernedly asked, placing his hand on her face. “How’re you feeling?”

“After this news, I’m feeling so good.” She chirped with glee. He smiled and kissed her forehead.

“What news?” Cole asked, stepping out of the bathroom.

“Ethan and Ella are getting married, Cole,” Reyna told him, smiling broadly as he strolled towards them.

“Wow! Congratulations, guys.” Cole hugged them, smiling.

“Anyway, when are you guys marrying?” She asked them, curious.

“First you get fine, then we’ll finalise the date,” Ethan told her, placing his hand on her face.

“I feel like dancing right now.” She squealed merrily.

As she threw the comforter to dance, Cole and Ethan shouted in unison. “No.”

Reyna shook her head. “Guys, I’m dancing while sitting. Chill!” She relaxed them and danced while sitting, moving her waist, shaking her head and throwing her hands in the air.

Ella laughed, while Ethan and Cole kissed her cheeks together. They were so grateful to get back their little bundle of joy. With her adorable antics, she had the power to make everyone smile in any situation.
