The moment Ivy and Blake entered the mall, they took off their hoodie and sunglasses.

“Babe I’m so nervous with the thought of sitting on the same chair with your grandpa and brother,” he said as they found their way to the cloth section of the mall.

“Don’t be, my grandpa would love you and I’m sure Mason won’t give a fûck so let’s go” She held his forearm and pulled him closer and they stopped in front of a cloth stand where there were many nice suits.

“This looks nice, come try it” She picked up a brown suit jacket and showed it to him.

Blake took it, he placed it on his body and it fitted him so well.

“Come, let’s look for a matching tie, I want my grandpa to be impressed” She held his forearm and pulled him in another direction.

Blake rolled his eyes slowly.

“I already have clothes, we should focus on things your Grandpa likes so I can get something nice for him,” he said.

“Don’t worry, we’ll get to all of it, I just want Grandpa to like you” she pouted at him.

While they were walking, Ivy bumped into someone she had always been looking for.

Hailey was with a girl of her age, they were both laughing but Hailey suddenly stopped when she saw Ivy.

“Hailey” Ivy called slowly and Hailey looked left and right as if she didn’t know someone was calling her.

“Bella, I think we took the wrong way, let’s turn back” She held Bella’s hands and tried turning away but Ivy ran after her and blocked her view.

Hailey rolled her eyes and looked elsewhere, crossing her arms under her breast.

“What happened? You suddenly disappeared, you don’t pick up your calls or reply to my message, you just put me in a ghost mood” Ivy scoffed and looked at the girl beside her from head to toe.

“And who’s this chick beside you? Your new best friend?” She then asked.

“Your brother came to my house and warned me to stay away from you because your sister-in-law doesn’t like me and my mom ” Hailey replied.

Ivy scoffed.

Hailey only smirked at her before leaving with Bella following her from behind.

Ivy had a sad expression on her face when Blake walked up to her.

“You shouldn’t worry about them, you deserve better friends, let’s go” he stretched his arms out to her.

Ivy looked at it and accepted it with a sigh then they both left the section together.

Maya cleared her throat as she stepped inside the restaurant, she stylishly looked around before she met Agnes sitting at an empty table with two cups of orange juice.

She smiled and went there then took the sit opposite her.

“I’m glad you decided to come” Maya smiled at her.

“I saved you a drink” Agnes passed a drink to Maya.

“Thank you” Maya smiled and took a sip.

“So why did you call me today?” Agnes asked.

Maya dropped the juice with a sigh.

“I want us to keep everything on the low for now. I think your daughter should try to move on from Mason” she said.

Agne’s facial expression changed immediately.

“Are you giving up? You don’t want Hailey to be your daughter-in-law anymore?” She asked slowly.

“I do but Mason chose that bitch Skyler and there is nothing I can do anymore. I almost got kicked out of the mansion because I messed with Skyler, I have to protect myself ” Maya explained.

Agnes just laughed to herself before picking up her orange juice and taking a sip.

“My daughter deserves to be there and she will marry your son” Her face suddenly turned serious.

“But I can’t help you anymore,” Maya said and stood up.

“Then we would see how your family will react when they find out your deepest secret” Agnes smirked and Maya’s eyes widened.

“Are you suddenly.. are you trying to blackmail me?” Maya asked like she couldn’t believe her ears.

Agnes only smirked at her.

Maya slowly sat down back on the chair.

“Good, this is what I love to see” Agnes smiled and took her drink before putting it in her mouth.

Skyler was in the kitchen with Matilda, helping her to cook.

She took the fish out of the oven and was taking it to the counter when her stomach hit her heavily.

“Ouch!” She winced and dropped the fish.
