Marry My Ex’s Uncle After Rebirth by Agatha Barney

Chapter 210

The neon lights flashed blindingly, and the heavy metal music was disorienting Julianna struggled to open her eyes, and upon seeing the man in front of her, she burst into laughter. Slapping his shoulder, she joked, “Buddy, of all the faces in the world, you had to look like my fake husband?”

Graham raised an eyebrow, “Take husband”

“Yeah Julianna’s eyes were glassy as she hiccupped from the alcohol, “My relationship with him is as fake as can be

The corner of Graham’s mouth curved slightly, “an arent you two married?”

Julianna wagged her finger, “Only because of my best friend. Otherwise, I’d never marry that jerk!”

Jerk?” he echoed

Nodding hercely, Julianna looked like she was grinding her teeth, “Graham is a total jerk! I pray he’ll be childless and yet surrounded by kids everywhere!

“That harsh Graham couldn’t help but chuckle.

“Of course! Shouldn’t I kick a scumbag like that to the curb instead of keeping him around?”

“Scumbag?” he prodded again.

Julianna huffed impatiently, Tm tired of this talk. Keep your distance; you look too much like him!”

The light in Graham’s eyes narrowed, “Is it possible that I am hum?”

Her eyes widened, and she burst into giggles, “How could that be? He’s busy cozying up with his secretary! Why would he be here? Stay away; Im not in the mood for this.” She pushed the man away and stumbled back to her booth. This content provided by N(o)velDrama].[Org.

The underlying jealousy in her words gave Graham an unexpected sense of pleasure. It meant Julianna was jealous. Watching her reach for another drink, he strode over and took the bottle away, Julia, it’s time to go home.”

Red–eyed and defiant, she looked up at him. “Who do you think you are? Why can’t I drink?”

I’m your man!” Graham decided arguing with a drunk person was pointless, so he picked her up and carried her out of the bar. Once in the car, with a designated driver at the wheel, they joined the flow of traffic. Julianna cried and beat against him.

“Pur up the divider, Graham ordered firmly. The driver quickly obeyed.

He restrained the noisy little woman in his arms and asked softly. “Julia, are you jealous?”

Their breaths mingled. Comforted by a familiar scent, Julianna finally realized this man was Graham. She struggled weak like a young cub yet maintaining her defiance, “I am not!”

Grahan kissed her gently. “You like me, don’t you? Huh?”

“I don’t. The rest of her words were swallowed by him Graham pried open her lips, tasting the sweetness mingled with the lavor of red wine that intoxicated him even more. He pushed up her skirt to her waist, revealing her slim, shapely legs, which he guided to straddle his own. His fingers drew out the pearly white blouse from beneath her skirt, slapping underneath to touch the softnes

Julianna frowned. She thought, “How could this dog of a man keep things hot with his secretary and seek intimacy with me at the same time?” The more she thought about it, the angrier she got. She definitely didn’t want this kind of man!

“Fine!” Julianna agreed with a dangerous smile tugging at the edge of her lips.

Surprise flickered in Graham’s eyes. As his solid hand cradled the back of the woman’s head, Julianna gathered his face in her hands and slammed her forehead against his nose with all her might. He grunted, a warm liquid trailing down from his nose. When he touched it, he realized–it was blood. Julianna had managed to give herself a nosebleed. But the culprit showed no signs of apology; instead, she swiftly sat to the side, straightening out her clothes.

After tending to his nose, Graham saw Julianna was also put together. She snorted. “Graham, let’s go file for divorce

tomorrow! We only got married for Stephie, and now that she’s gone public with, let’s go file for divorce

and I can go our separate ways.”

Graham’s expression darkened. “I’ve told you, my family record only notes widowhood, not divorce.”

Julianna was taken aback. “Are you suggesting I should die?”

His anger seemed to ebb away as he was stunned by her bizarre train of thought. Yet, he maintained an angry demeanor. “No. Just stop bringing up divorce. It’s absolutely out of the question”

Feeling wronged, tears began to fall from Julianna’s eyes. She sniffled, “Our marriage was a contract. There was never any love. I don’t give a damn about being Mrs. Whitlock. Let someone else take the title!”

Graham’s lips pressed into a thinline, and he remained silent. The tension filled the closed space.

The driver parked in the garage and promptly left. Knowing who Graham was, there was no doubt he’d be paid for his

service.

Julianna reached for the car door, but Graham yanked her back and pinned her to the back seat, kissing her wildly. Caught off guard, her eyes widened in fear at his punishing, lust–less kiss–more of a bite, really. Her tongue throbbed painfully, so she bit down hard in retaliation. Grahamn muffled a groan and released her, tasting the metallic tang of blood. His tongue prodded his cheek. “Stop it,” he said.

Julianna’s voice was laced with bitterness. T’m not playing around, Graham! We’re adults here. This is pointless. I’ve told I don’t like you. Are you listening?” After her words, she wiped her lips and got out of the car.

A sense of defeat settled in Graham’s chest, worse than losing out on a deal worth millions. He dialed Vincent, but the call was rejected. Vincent even sent a message telling him not to disturb his sleep. Next, Graham called Joseph, but just as they started talking, Joseph mentioned he had to chase after a furious Willow. Feeling frustrated, Graham pulled out a cigarette from his pack and lit it. After chain–smoking seven cigarettes, he exited the car and entered the building. When he tried to punch in the code, he found the password had been changed. He had to laugh at that–Julianna was drunk as a skunk and changed the password. Did the really think she’d remember it in the morning? Graham sighed and left. He called the driver back to take him to another apartment he owned.

Witnessing all this, Hilda Larson raised an eyebrow and returned to her apartment, running into a pestering rich man. An idea struck her, and from her car, she called Graham, sobbing.

Graham furrowed his brow. “What’s wrong?”

Hilda wept pitifully. “Mr. Whitlock, I’m so scared”

What happened?” Graham demanded.

She answered. “Mr. Zamora… he gave me something and he took me back to his place. I’m feeling so hot…” Before she could finish the call, she hung up. She was certain Graham would come to find her. After all, she had only met Karl because of the business collaboration between the Zamora family and the Whitlock Group, and it was Graham who had taken her and his secretary to that meeting. True to form, Graham found out where Hilda lived and immediately set off for her place,
