Chapter 185 Ask Dillon To Protect Her
As soon as Daryl got the news, Sofia told her to go back and pack up.
Back to the villa.
Daryl saw Benjamin coming downstairs.
"Bennie, where is your daddy?" She asked the little guy. "Daddy is in the study."
Benjamin ran to her, held her hand and asked, "Mommy, what's up?"
"Well. Today, Daxton said that we were going to film in another place."
Daryl replied. "It's about two or three days. I come back to pack my things and inform you and your father."
"Ah, Mommy, are you going out?"
Benjamin said reluctantly, "Why it's two or three days? It is so long."
"It's okay."
Daryl smiled, touched his little head and comforted him, "It won't take long. Good boy, Mommy will tell your daddy first. Don't worry."
"Okay."
Benjamin pursed his lips in frustration. Daryl let go of him and went upstairs to look for Zack.
In the study.
Daryl knocked on the door and went in. Then she found Zack and was about to talk about it.
But before she could say anything, Zack asked in a low voice, "Is your crew going out to film outside?"
"Yes."
Daryl was not surprised that this man knew everything now. She nodded and said, "Daxton said that we would be back in two days if we could get it done quickly." "Okay."
Zack stopped what he was doing and looked up at her. "But you have to take someone with you."
"What?"
Daryl looked at him in confusion.
"Take Dillon with you." Zack said in a low voice, "Let him protect you."
"But..."
A trace of embarrassment flashed across Daryl's face. "Isn't he your capable man in work? If he goes with me, then you..."
"Do you think Rollins and Hale are just idiots in my company?
I won't rest assured unless I let Dillon stay with you," he said in a low voice.
"All right."
Daryl nodded. In this way, Zack handed over all the tasks that Dillon had carried out in the past two days to Rollins and Hale. All Dillon needed to do was to protect Daryl. Soon, it was time for Daryl to go out for shooting. She went with Sofia and Dillon
However, when Dillon entered the crew, he was given a temporary title by Daxton, so others didn't know that Dillon was actually here to protect Daryl.
They got on the cars. A few hours later, they arrived at the small village in the southern suburbs.
After getting out of the car, Daryl and Sofia felt the air was great and the scenery here was beautiful.
"Let's go together. Don't let anyone wander off."
A staff reminded. When Daryl and Sofia were about to follow the group, they found that Shawna was left behind because she had carsickness.
The two of them helped her walk for a while. When they arrived at a nearby hotel, they let her rest in her room for the time being.
"We'll go filming in the afternoon."
Daryl said with concern, "I don't know if Shawna will be better."
"I think she would be fine."
When Daryl was chatting with Sofia, she saw that Erica took the initiative to approach Dillon, who was carrying the camera on his shoulder. They looked at each other and wondered why Erica didn't even let go of Dillon who had just come in.
As for Dillon... He was handsome and composed. Even if he wore the simplest jeans and T-shirt, his aura could not be concealed.
Erica believed that this man must be not simple, so she deliberately accosted him, trying to get his background.
"Frederick, are you from D City?"
Erica asked softly.
"No."
The expression on Dillon's face didn't change much after he answered concisely.
"Then why did you join our crew?" Ignoring his cold attitude, Erica continued to smile. "Are you here for internship or part-time job?"
"Miss, I don't think I need to tell you so much about my private affairs, do I?"
Dillon didn't want to waste his time on her, so he said coldly, "I have something else to do. Goodbye."
After saying that, he walked to another pile of men carrying equipment.
A trace of embarrassment flashed across Erica's face, but it was quickly covered by her.
She returned to her assistant and her face darkened.
"Send someone to investigate this Frederick Yin."
"Yes."
As soon as Erica finished her words,
she frowned it seemed that Frederick Yin seemed to be not simple, because he had a rare surname in D City. Or was it just his fake name? She racked her brain but couldn't figure it out, so she decided not to think too much for the time being. She would figure out after the result was found out.
But soon, her assistant came back and told her that there was no such a person as Frederick Yin in D City, and that the person with the same name could not be him.
Hearing this, Erica became more suspicious.
Soon, after dinner in the hotel, the crew set off for the shooting site.
The location of the shooting was an old house, but it seemed to be able to shelter them from wind and rain.
This was the place where the hero of the movie, Ken, lived after he came back to his hometown.
Daryl came here with Sofia.
"Let's memorize the lines first."
Sofia brought two small chairs, and then the two sat down to have a rest.
"Okay."
Daryl was about to take out the script, but the next moment, she felt a chill on her ankle.
She thought she had touched the grass on the road, but when she looked down, she was frightened and screamed.
"Ah!"
Daryl lowered her head and saw a
little snake singing to her shoes. Her
face suddenly turned pale and she
was so shocked that she fell down
from the stool! Sofia was also
scared. She was rooted to the spot
and didn't know what to do.
do.
When Daryl was about to cry out of fear, Dillon stepped forward. He calmly reached out his hand and quickly pulled the snake up from her ankle and threw it away. The snake on Daryl's feet was taken away, but she was still in a state of shock!
Seeing this, Sofia quickly took the first-aid kit. Although Daryl was not bitten, she still needed to apply some medicine to disinfect her ankle.
"Miss Daryl, are you okay?" Asked Dillon.
Wendy nodded her head, "I'm fine. I was just a little scared."
Dillon stepped back quickly and Sofia disinfected and applied medicine to Daryl.
When the other people in the crew saw this scene, they all took out the insect repellent and sprayed it on their bodies. In case snakes would come out again.
But Erica also saw the scene that Dillon saved Daryl.
She couldn't help but wonder, 'Does Frederick like Daryl?' How could such a cold man be so anxious when something happened to Daryl?
But isn't Daryl having an affair with Lyman?novelbin
A hint of slyness flashed through Erica's eyes. She made up her mind that she would have to test him when she got a chance!
