Olivia jerked up to her feet as if stinged by an insect, she hid the torn part of the document behind her back and managed to force a weird smile..

“Well Mrs Parker, I see you’re one of those who want to take away my seat from me”

Olivia walked around the table and came to stand in front of him..

“Yes! how can you be so heartless?.. my butt hurts each time I sit on my chair, how come you have a fine leather one?”

Damien’s brows creased trying to understand what the weird woman was saying, he snapped his gaze back to her once more after he realized what she meant..

“Oh you mean that.. anyway that doesn’t justify the reason you had the nerve to sit on my seat”

Damien’s gaze fell on her hand which she hid behind her back, that only indicated that she took something she wasn’t supposed to..

“What did you steal?” he asked and at the same time trying to reach her hand behind her back, she dodged his attack and swerved to the left..

“It’s nothing.. it’s just my rough work”

However Damien wasn’t convinced enough, he tried to grab her once more but caught her shirt instead, the moment he applied a bit more force, a ripping sound was heard..

They both froze like statues for a minute and in the next few seconds Olivia screamed to the top of her lungs..

Damien’s hands reflexively closed her mouth to stop her from screaming, if anyone were to hear her scream, they’ll burst through that door and get the wrong idea of everything..

And just like he had thought, the door burst open as Rihanna and Bella stepped in to see the sight before them..

Olivia crossed her arm over her exposed chest, her eyes rounded when she saw the two ladies who suddenly appeared..

Rihanna shook her head gently with a scoff escaping her lips, and in the next second she turned around and left..

Bella casted Olivia a hateful expression and closed the door behind her, leaving the two alone…

As soon as they were gone Olivia pushed Damien away from herself and sent a slap to his face..

Anita had a grumpy expression on her face as Aldrin scolded her..

“You shouldn’t have done that honey.. I know she gets on your nerves but…

Anita shot him a look “But? she’s your girlfriend? huh?”

Aldrin sighed in defeat, he gave up trying to argue with her because he’ll never win this conversation over..

“Old master, old Mrs.. you’re back from your trip?”

Anita and Aldrin shared a brief look and suddenly sprang up to their feet..

Two elderly couple walked in, they both had gray colored hair, the elderly man, although old had a strong aura that made people freeze or become nervous..

However, the elderly lady was all smiles, it was evident in her face that she was a cheerful person unlike her husband who had a stoic expression on his face..

“Mum? dad? you’re back so early!” Aldrin blurted out only to receive a smack from his wife..

Elder Sterling sneered and walked over to a sofa in the living room with his wife, he helped her to a spot on the sofa and also sat after she did..

“We had to return earlier than planned because I know how irresponsible you both are!” Bernard, Elder Sterling, remarked in a subtle tone..

Anita crossed her arm with her cheeks puffed, she was sure he had heard what happened earlier today and there was no way she’d escape the long sermon that was yet to begin..

Bernard pointed a finger to Aldrin and then to Anita..

“Says the man whose wife fought for a lipstick at the mall today!”

Anita was about to retort when she felt Aldrin arm around her shoulder..

“Dad, forget it, it was a mistake and I’ve spoken to her about it”

Patricia turned to her husband who was fuming in anger, she didn’t like the fact that he always scolded them whenever they made a little mistake..

“just let it go Benny, I’m sure they’ve learnt their lesson”

Alexa who was unaware of their presence casually walked past them with her eyes fixated on her phone..

“I’m in a bad mood mum! don’t make me mad than I already am now” She lashed out in an irritated tone and was about to turn when she felt a chilly gaze on her..

She turned around to meet her grandparents sitting right there in front of her now, her mouth hung open in disbelief, weren’t they supposed to be back by next month?

“It seems you’re getting out of hand too young lady” Bernard sneered rising up to his feet, his collected gaze swept the living room..

He stretched his hand forward to Patricia who was seated to take it, she accepted his hand and stood up also..

“Aldrin! I need the list of all respectable bachelor, someone needs to be sent off” He said the last part directly staring at Alexa who had a look of horror on her face..

Aldrin gave a nod to his dad and turned to his wife who gave him a nudge..

“Yes I’ll get right on it”

He was just about to leave the room when he heard his dad speak again

“And also.. we should start preparing for Damien’s wedding to his fiancee”

Anita snorted in denial and walked slowly to the old man, she had never disagreed with his decisions but this time she will..

“No son of mine will get married to that lady!”

There was a pin drop silence in the living room, they watched the old man turn back in anger to the person who dared challenge his decision, he narrowed his gaze at Anita..

“What did you say?!”

Anita took in a deep breath, just because she was calm towards him doesn’t necessarily mean she was scared of him, this matter concerned her beloved son and she wasn’t going to let him ruin his life..

“You heard me father, I’m not in support of this alliance to the Browns! I don’t want my son’s life to be ruined by that family!”

Aldrin quickly walked to his wife and held her shoulder gently, he forced a smile to his dad..

“She didn’t mean it dad.. I’ll talk to her” Aldrin murmured and immediately pulled his wife away with him before she spurts out any more words..

Damien’s contour changed as he snapped his gaze to the audacious woman who dared hit him across his face..

“Have you gone nuts?! how dare you?!”

Olivia swallowed and took a step back when he growled out at her..

“That isn’t the question you should be asking me Mr Damien Sterling! I can lodge a complaint against you for harassment and your image will be destroyed completely!”

Damien grabbed her chin with his hand “Harassment huh? you’re not even my taste in women to be harassed by me! if you had done your job properly and stayed within your limits, then this wouldn’t have happened!”

Olivia gasped when she heard him speak, she pointed a finger at him accusingly..

“Just admit that you have a little crush on me.. stop trying to get my attention by playing all these cheap moves!”

Damien pointed to himself, he couldn’t believe how highly she deemed herself to be..

“Me? I won’t even look at you on a normal day if I was walking down the road, because you’re a bit loosed in the head!” He remarked in a firm tone..

Olivia suddenly had an idea, he wasn’t the one to call the shot here even though he was the boss, she swiped her blonde hair to one side of her neck and looked up to him teasingly..

Rihanna waited at the lobby patiently, Damien was supposed to run after her like every other lover did when they were caught in such a situation, but he never did which only made her more upset..

She knew it! she had always known that Olivia was up to no good and she was right! that cheap girl tried to seduce her fiance, and to top it all, Damien didn’t repel from her advances..

“I’ll make her pay!” she turned back to the elevator going back to Damien office..

Damien moved back gently as she approached him in slow steps, she raised her hand to his chest which he caught with ease..

“Hey! what are you trying to do?!” he snapped at her, but it only fell on deaf ears..

Olivia had a flirty grin on her lips, wasn’t he bragging a while ago? why was he suddenly scared of her?

With a single push from her, he fell into the sofa, he gulped hard when she placed her knee in between his legs..

“Boss.. are you really sure you don’t have a crush on me?” She teased..

Damien held her arm to push her off but then a light thud was heard, they raised their heads to see Rihanna staring at them in horror..

However Olivia didn’t stop there, since these pair has caused her a little bit of trouble these days, she concluded to have a little payback..

“Baby.. didn’t you just say that she was gone? what on earth is she still doing here? ask her to leave” Olivia murmured with a pout..

Rihanna’s chest heaved up and down in anger before she let out a piercing shrill..

“Arrghhh!!! I’m gonna end you Olivia!!”
