My Dominating Apollo

LYDIA’S POV:-

“How are we going inside?” I asked looking at Romulus who was driving the car, we were just a block away from Mr. Apollo’s house as Romulus said.

“Through the main door,” He said looking straight at the road, I huffed in irritation, he’s been doing this to all my questions making me irritated.

Looking at his car, the two bulky men who were standing at either side of the gate, rushed towards the door and opened it, Romulus drove through the gates and parked his car in the parking lot.

We immediately stepped out of the car, I followed Romulus who was marching towards the door, while he was angrily walking towards the door, I grabbed his hand and stopped him, he stopped in his tracks and turned around. He stared down at me in confusion, “I.. I’m scared, What if something happened to her,” I asked, I was so tensed and scared for Clarissa, I love her as a sister and she was my only family.

His features calmed while he stared at me, he moved his hand to my face, touching my cheek, “She’ll be okay, Nothing will happen to her,” he said and took my hand in his and began walking inside the mansion.

We walked through the living room and climbed the stairs, he led me through the end of the floor and we climbed down the stairs, “Where are we going?”I asked out of curiosity,

“Underground,” he replied while walking through the tunnel, it was dark and very quiet which made the hair on my body stand up and a shiver ran over my body. I moved closer to Romulus who noticed my action and pulled me towards him.

We reached the end of the tunnel and I noticed bodyguards standing on either side of a big metal double door, Romulus was stopped by two of the bodyguards standing in his way, “Sir, You can’t go inside!” The brown eyes man said,

“You do realise who you are talking too, right?” Romulus said in a commanding and intimidating tone.

“Yes sir, but we have orders not to send anyone inside,” he said to Romulus without looking at him, I think this made Romulus angry because I noticed how his grip on my hand increased.

He released my hand from his hold and moved his hand to his pocket and pulled a gun out, In a blink of an eye, he shot the body guard’s leg, just below the knee cap. I gasped and moved back while placing my hands over my mouth, I was shocked and terrified at his action before I could react. He grabbed my hand and pulled me with him.

No-one stopped us from going inside the room, I was still staring at the person who was crying out loud in pain while holding his leg, other bodyguards moved to him and carried him out of there.

As we stepped inside, a sob of pain pulled attention from the person who was shot by Romulus, I immediately recognised whose voice was that and I noticed a person who was tied to the chair and placed in front of a desk in the middle of the room. It was dark and the person’s back to us which made me confused, Romulus walked towards the person and stared down at her and looked back at me.

I cautiously walked towards the person and when I saw who it was, my heartbeat stopped and I felt like there was no air here to breathe. “Clarissa!” I rushed down and began opening the ropes which were tied to her legs and hands,

“Lydia!” she cried out, Romulus bent down and untied her ropes.

After we untied her, she lunged on me, hugging me tight and sobbing out loud, “It’s okay!” I said, hugging her back.

“We need to leave,” Romulus said. My eyes caught the sight of the dead body in front of us, I gasped and moved back.

“He killed her,” Clarissa said with her shaky voice, I turned to her and looked at her in utter shock,

“We don’t have time, we need to leave now!” I heard Romulus say, I looked at Clarissa and grabbed her hand,

“Let’s go!” I said, we turned around and began walking towards the door.

As we were walking towards the door, A tall shadow began appearing from it, we stopped dead in our tracks and stared at each other, before we could do anything the person walked in laughing out and clapping his hands.NôvelDrama.Org content rights.

“I was expecting you, Brother!” Apollo said while walking towards us, the way he was dressed and the glint in his eyes were very different. I glanced at Clarissa and saw her sacred face and shiver legs and hands.

She’s scared of him? A question popped inside my head.

“Cyrus!” I heard Romulus say looking straight at Apollo, I was confused,

Why is he calling Apollo, Cyrus!

“Nope, Apollo!” Apollo replied with an evil smirk on his face, I glanced at Romulus and noticed blood drained from his face, he was in utter shock!
