In Trisha’s eyes, Nicolas, being in the entertainment industry and living in a world full of temptations, naturally couldn’t be as reliable as Jace, an excellent medical student. So she rarely compared the two.

It looked a bit like a beach dress but felt a bit more upscale.

Her eyes lit up, “Is this for me?”

Nicolas glanced at her, “No, it’s for my girlfriend.”

Trisha said, “I am your girlfriend now” She paused, then added, “In other people’s eyes.”

Nicolas snorted, “You’re my girlfriend, and you dare to say Jace is better looking than me in front of me? If you think he’s handsome, let him buy a dress for you

Trisha was speechless.

“You’re so petty. I was just making an offhand comment, and you take it seriously. You’re a man, can’t you be a bit more magnanimous?”

Nicolas shrugged nonchalantly, “I don’t need to be magnanimous. I’m not exactly a whole man right now anyway”

Trisha was speechless.

She was just making a casual comment, why was Nicolas being so sensitive? He wasn’t like this before.

Trisha was quite smitten with the dress, knowing it was Nicolas who had prepared it for her made it a bit better. So she softened her tone and said, “Nicolas, you’re the manliest man in my book. You’ve got a heart of gold for your friends, and you treat your girlfriend like a queen. I dream of having a man like you for a husband.”

Nicolas was amused by this.
