Carla remained speechless as she couldn’t find the right word to say. She was still standing dumbstruck when Layla came out from the room.

“By the way, I have something to ask you?” Layla began.

“And what’s that?” Aurora queried curiously.

“It’s about my friend..” she said softly.

“So what happened to that new friend of yours?” Aurora questioned in sarcasm.

“You have my support on anything you do girl..” Aurora assured placing her hand on Layla’s shoulders.

“Don’t just do anything that you know you will regret in the future..” she advised.

“I won’t..” Layla promised.

“Good, come here..” Aurora motioned for her to come closer as she hugged her tight.

She wished nothing but happiness for Layla.
