Ming Yue asked Yang Lixin as he rose to his feet. Yang Lixin moved his arms to right and left, up and

down then he stretched his body. Being asked by his young miss about how he was feeling, Yang Lixin

could only say one word.

"Amazing."

Indeed..

Yang Lixin felt amazing..

He always trained his body so he knew his own condition before the trial. Yang Lixin couldn't believe

his body could be so light and he could feel energy radiating from within. Not only that, his senses -in

particular, his sight and hearing became better.

Hearing his word and seeing his reaction, Ming Yue smiled knowingly. It was a normal reaction. The

person who had passed the 'Trial of Nine Tribulations' would give such reaction. In truth, the trial had

another name. Ming Yue knew this because some parts of her memories slowly returning.

That was the other name. The reason for the name was because after passing the trial, the person's

body and soul had transcended the mortal realm and entering the higher realm which was the realm of

cultivation. Because the person who passed the trial turned from mortal to cultivator, hence the word

'Rebirth'. Meaning was the body was no longer a mortal.

Yang Lixin moved his body.

"As for your power..." Ming Yue glanced at Bai Hu and Qing Long who stood nearby. "What do you both

think?"

"Nature's Qi?" Yang Lixin who was jumping side to side, stopped and asked the question.

"Nature's Qi is a life force or energy flow within you that has adaptability with the power of Nature, such

as Fire, Water, Thunder, Wind and Earth." Qing Long explained.

"So we are going to test yours now." Bai Hu added.

"Another Trial?" Yang Lixin sighed wearily.

Bai Hu laughed, "No, kid. Just a simple test, it won't hurt at all." He added with a grin.

"I am an adult." Yang Lixin retorted, clearly didn't like to be called kid.

"In my view you are still a kid, I am WAY older than you." Bai Hu replied, his grin became wider.

"Yet you still act immature like a baby." Qing Long said with a snort.

"WHAT WAS THAT?! ARE YOU PICKING A FIGHT, YOU LITTLE SNAKE!" Bai Hu roared, glaring at

Qing Long while taking a step closer to the man.

"I am a DRAGON! Don't call me a snake, you immature kitten!" Qing Long retorted, shooting the same

glare as Bai Hu did.

"KITTEN YOU SAID?! I AM A MIGHTY TIGER!!"

"Kitten is enough for a baby like you."

"YOU BAST--"

"Smartphone confiscation." Ming Yue's cold voice was heard clearly, ending the quarrel between the

Mighty Tiger and the Honorable Dragon.

Hearing the tone that was cold as ice, the two beasts instantly closed their mouths and stood up

straight like soldiers. Receiving the cold glare from Ming Yue, both beasts became docile like kids who

were found guilty of being naughty. Seeing such scene, Yang Lixin's mouth twitched slightly as he tried

so hard not to laugh.

"It seems, there days of confiscation won't work against you two. Shall this Lady increase it to five

days?" Ming Yue smiled sweetly but there was no mirth in her eyes.

"My lady, that's--"

"One week then."

Five days of smartphone confiscation, it was a torture for Bai Hu and as he tried to negotiate, Ming Yue

cut his words and added the days to one week. Bai Hu couldn't say anything, he became gloomy and

shot a glare filled with accusation at Qing Long.

One week without smartphone..

Meaning he couldn't play war game for one week..

It was a hellish torture!!

Hearing the punishment from five days to one week, Qing Long glared at Bai Hu the same way he did.

Ming Yue watched how they shot killing glares to each other, she sighed inwardly before interfering.

"Enough with the glaring! Start testing Yang Lixin for his power!"

Bai Hu was the one who stepped forward and took a round shape crystal with the size of a child's fist, it

was transparent with golden particles moving around in it. Ming Yue who saw it, had memory flashed in

her mind.

"Bai Hu, what is that?"

Chang'e who came to Heavenly West Palace asked the question. She walked toward Bai Hu who was

standing at the center of a training hall, holding a round shape crystal in his big hand.

"The crystal I made by the request of Heavenly Emperor." Bai Hu answered, his eyes which as clear as

the blue sky, still fixed it gaze at the crystal.

"You made this?" Chang'e asked, looking doubtful.

"What's with those eyes of yours? You don't trust me?" Bai Hu noticed the doubtful gaze that was

directed at him, feeling annoyed because of it, thus he asked the question.

Chang'e grinned when she noticed his annoyance, "Because you are not the type who can make

something like this~"

"Wha-?! Hey! What's that supposed to mean?!" Bai Hu growled at her softly, "Are you trying to say that

damn lizard is better than me?!"

"Why did you drag Qing Long into this?" Chang'e rolled her eyes upon hearing his question.

"Because everyone think he is better than me in doing meticulous things!" Bai Hu replied, "I can do it

too you know!"

He showed the crystal to Chang'e's face, "Look! I manage to make the Qi Crystal! It can synchronize

with nature's Qi and show a person's adaptability to Nature's Qi."

"See here?" Bai Hu channeled his Qi toward the crystal and it glowed in green color. "Green color

means that my Nature's Qi is wind."

"Oh? Interesting." Chang'e gave an intense gaze to the crystal, her curiosity had been picked.

Bai Hu's lips curled up seeing the reaction in Chang'e. She looked so adorable that it made his heart

tightened, greediness slowly descended into his heart. He wanted more, he wanted to be closer to her,

wanted to be the one she could depend on, wanted to be the one in her eyes.. no.. in her heart..

"Ah, now I notice that there are golden color particles inside the crystal. It's beautiful, just like your

eyes." Chang'e said.

Bai Hu who was kept staring at Chang'e, was pulled out of his trans when he heard Chang'e's words.

"Do I have golden particles in my eyes?" Bai Hu frowned, looking confused.

He was never the kind who looked at himself in the mirror. Bai Hu always thought of himself as top

class of all male, he was the Mighty Bai Hu after all, why bother looking at himself in the mirror? Bai Hu

knew he was super awesome. If Chang'e knew Bai Hu's thought, she would rolled her eyes and called

him shameless narcissist.

Giggling softly, Chang'e shook her head helplessly, "What I meant is that your eyes are beautiful."

"Beautiful?" Bai Hu stared at Chang'e in a daze, her giggles sounded so lovely to his ears, making his

heart itchy.

"Yes, it's clear and filled with freedom. More beautiful than the blue sky above." Chang'e said with a

bright smile.

Bai Hu stared at the small woman in front of him. Her black hair looked like the finest silk that reached

to her waist, her eyes that curved so lovely like the crescent moon in the night sky, her lips that

stretched to the side and showed it brightness and her voice that was as soft as cotton clouds in the

sky. Everything about her was so beautiful to the point it made his heart became hot.

Beautiful..

She was just too beautiful..

However.. even though she was near.. why did it feel like she was far..?

Just like the moon that represent her existence, Bai Hu felt she was unreachable..

He wanted to touch her but at the same time he couldn't..

"Heh!" Bai Hu grinned, forced himself to calm the raging emotion in his heart. "I know I am that

awesome!"

Both of them stared at each other before laughing hard. One with ease of heart, while the other one

with a heavy heart.

Bai Hu who was about to explain to Yang Lixin of how to use the Crystal, had his body frozen. The

words that were uttered by Ming Yue's lips, he heard it clearly and it made his heart tightened. His blue

eyes turned abruptly to Ming Yue, gazing at her intensely. Hope, doubt and disbelief were swirling in

those blue orbs.

"...Master.. that.."

Ming Yue smiled. It was a bright smile but there was a bit of sadness and guilt in it. "It's clear and filled

with freedom. More beautiful than the blue sky above."

She remembered..

His beloved lady remembered the time they spent together..

Bai Hu wanted to pull her into his embrace but since Qing Long was there, he couldn't do it..

Once again forcing himself to calm the raging emotion that was in danger to erupt, Bai Hu grinned "I

know I am that awesome!"
