different villas until they decided on one of them.

Nathan paid in full as per his previous purchase.

The biggest advantage of moving into Riverside Garden was that their properties were ready-to-use.

Their slogan was,The only thing missing is you.A complete five-star home where you could move in

with a suitcase.

Nathan had suggested moving here because they had urgently needed a new place.

The villa's market price was eighty million, yet only ten million was charged.

It was clear to Nathan and Penny's family that the discount came from Derek.

After the two incidents, Derek had learned to walk on eggshells around Nathan - he could not afford to

rub Nathan the wrong way again.

Nathan liked to handle issues swiftly and decisively. Additionally, the Asiatic Village's demolition was

starting in a few days. This was the best time to move out.

Right after he purchased the villa, Nathan promptly contacted some movers and started packing up.

They settled into their new home in the same evening.

Penny, along with her parents and daughter, all felt like it was just a dream.

They had started their day in an old apartment and had gone out for groceries in a run-down car.

In a matter of hours, they ended up in a lavish villa with a flashy car parked outside.

They prepared an elaborate meal to celebrate, yet their house-warming party was simple. They did not

include any guests - just the family savoring this sweet moment together.

After having a few drinks with Nathan, Benson joyfully announced, "This is all thanks to you, Nathan. I

can't imagine how our family would end up without your help."

"I was always a loner until I met you. I only have a family now because you accepted me. As your

family, I'll make sure you never suffer any more."

Leah softly gazed at Nathan as she recalled wanting to kill Nathan initially.

Leah was happy to be proven wrong about Nathan. He was always on their side. Be it when he offered

to save Sean with Phoenixia or when he defended the family's dignity multiple times.

She felt increasingly blessed by the second, to have Nathan as her son-in-law.

Leah gave Nathan a piece of advice, "Nathan, you have been spending money on Penny's company,

the cars, and now this villa. I've figured that there's not much credit left in the billionaire's black card. It'd

be better if you try to control your spending. Currently, nothing's coming in, but you've been taking a lot

out of this card."

Benson added, "We don't expect you to make a fortune. But we hope you can have a stable source of

income and not ever have to worry about making ends meet."

Benson and Leah were not the type of parents who had highly valued money. Their wish for Nathan

was that he would not live off someone else's wealth, not to mention blowing it.

They had seen countless individuals obtain sudden wealth, spending it all frivolously. None of their

stories ended well.

They said that to encourage Nathan. Now that he was their son-in-law, they came to care about him.

Nathan looked at Penny with his usual warm smile, "Don't worry. As long as Penny and I work together,

nothing can stop us. We will become a power couple, make sure this company prospers, and

prove everyone wrong."

Penny's cheeks turned pink. Who said that we're a couple? I didn't give my consent yet.
