Alice closed her eyes, took a deep breath to calm herself down. Although she had been calm enough,

Alice did not directly answer the question of Yanis, but asked, “What did you buy online?”

shop owner to send me such a dead rabbit.”

Alice said, “Don't you understand? Since you have no grudge against each other, why do you suspect

that the shop owner sent you a dead rabbit on purpose?”

Yanis was confused and then she brightened and widened her eyes, “You, you mean that someone

deliberately put this rabbit in the express box to frighten us, and this person is an enemy of us!”

“Yes, you are not that stupid.”

“Alice!”

“Why?”

“Are you kidding me now? I almost peed myself. Damn, It's a dead rabbit, and in the eyes...”

“Stop it.” Alice interrupted her words. Hearing Yanis’ description, she began to think of the death of the

The property management soon came up. Yanis could not move, so Alice went to open the door.

After the property management checked the express, a few men were scared to this bloody scene and

“Miss Nelson, is this the express that you just received?”

They soon packed the box and took it away. Alice closed the door, breathing against the wall.

Yanis still sat there staring at her.

Alice fell into silence and then walked forward, “You don’t look good. Have some rest upstairs. No need

to cook dinner, we will eat out or order takeout.”

Alice did not answer. She dragged her weak legs to sit on the sofa, poured a cup of cold water to calm

herself down.

so --” Yanis complained with her and then she paused and stared at Alice with her eyes widened.

The look in her eyes was creepy.

“Say what you want. Don't look at me like that.”

After what happened just now, Alice’s heart was fragile.

“Can it be that Grace? She tried to harm you before!”

Grace?

At the thought that Grace went to her office to apologize with her mother, Alice did not speak though

her pale lips moved.

“Did it ever occur to you that though she said she wouldn't hurt you, she changed her mind? Otherwise,

who would do this to us at this time? We haven’t offended anyone.”

Alice interrupted her words, “We have offended not only Grac.”

Seeing that Yanis stared at her, Alice said lightly, “Have you forgotten what happened before?”

“Right, would that be Kate? Damn it, would this bitch take average because she was disgraced?”

Alice pursed her lips, but she got nothing occurred to her mind, she was still in a mess now.

Grace was sincere, but no one could guarantee that she would not change her mind. After all, she said

she wanted to play fair to get Kennedy.

And, what she said was that she would not hurt her, maybe she would intimidate her.

And it could be Kate had a grudge against her, so she had her address found and sent her a dead

rabbit.

Alice felt a headache as she thought about it, and rubbing did not help.
