“But…” Mabel looked perplexed. She knew Abbot Houng’s words made sense but she couldn’t stand by and see

feelings for me and we were just making a great show of a happy couple in public. You know what we actually

were in private and I have given up for I was well aware that I could never melt his marble heart.” Nova allowed
