Chapter 47
Happy reading….
“Immediately divorce Hera!”
Wait?
What?
Jayden’s eyes widened in disbelief as he stared at Andrew.
“What do you mean, Dad? I have to divorce Hera, do I?”
“Was my words unclear to you?” Andrew instead asked back but this time he couldn’t hide his angry look at Jayden. He got up from his seat.
“I should have never married Hera to a jerk like you in the first place!” Andrew looked at Jayden with a burning gaze like he wanted to swallow the man whole.
Jayden also stood there. “What do you mean, Dad? Didn’t you want me to divorce Hera? So now why is it like this?” Jayden really confused why the situation turned around like this?
Plakk!!!
Instead of getting an answer, Jayden actually got a hard slap from Andrew.
“How dare you say that! After you presumptuously slandered Hera having an affair with Mr. Haidar?!” shouted Andrew pointing at Jayden.
Jayden turned. The expression on his face seemed to ask how the man knew that he had slandered Hera.
“That woman told me everything,” Andrew said as if answering a question that could not come out of Jayden’s mouth. “Your mistress… Elena,” he continued making Jayden flinch for a moment.
Andrew walked closer to Jayden. Staring hatefully at the man. If only gazes could kill, Jayden would surely be drooping lifeless with blood flowing all over his body.
“Quickly divorce Hera before I destroy you!” said Andrew emphasizing every word.
Andrew then left from there. Don’t want to see Jayden’s face again. He was really fed up and ashamed of Hera. He didn’t even look down at the boy at all. Feeling guilty and failing as a parent.
Anne followed Andrew’s footsteps while Hera was still there with Jayden.
“This was all your plan, wasn’t it?” Jayden asked. He turned to Hera with a horrified look.
Not. Hera couldn’t be afraid. Because that would make him look weak in front of that demon hearted man.
Hera rose from her seat. Replying to Jayden’s gaze with a calm look.
“Yes,” answered Hera briefly, making Jayden’s jaw tighten even more. Hera drew closer to the man.
“You should be thanking me, Jayden. Because if we divorce you can marry the woman you love. Isn’t that what you wanted?” said Hera almost in a whisper.
Jayden held Hera’s shoulder tightly. The woman grimaced slightly. Jayden’s big hand grasped there as if it could crush Hera’s small body.
“I will never divorce you, Hera. Never!” Jayden firmly stared hard, suppressing all the words that came out of his mouth.
“Why? Did you start to love me so much that you couldn’t get away from me?” said Hera ending with a chuckle.
“If I said yes, would you believe it?” A question that made Hera roll her eyes.
Not.
Hera would not be fooled again. The woman gave a sweet smile. She pushed Jayden’s hands off her shoulders roughly.
“You think I’d believe a trick man like you?” asked Hera. “Don’t dream, Jayden!”
Hera hadn’t had time to turn around yet but Jayden had locked her movement by tightly embracing the woman’s body.Content held by NôvelDrama.Org.
“Let go of me, Jayden!” Hera said struggling in the man’s arms.
“I know you love me, Hera. You can’t do this to the man you love,” Jayden said. Hera’s movements suddenly stopped. Feeling no more resistance made Jayden let go of his arms to look at Hera.
Plakk!!!
Jayden received another hard slap that made his face turn red.
“Love you, huh?” Hera snorted. “Love is dead. Before it even grows, Jayden,” she said.
The man glanced until their eyes met. And when Jayden saw Hera’s black eyes, he immediately realized that love had indeed died.
“You know, Jayden. Marrying you was like a decision I made when I was drunk. Because when I woke up, I was so sorry for accepting you as husband and father of my child,” Hera said turning around. She stepped forward, wiping her tears roughly.

Jayden slammed the door violently as he walked through it.
“Elena! Elena!”
His scream boomed throughout the room. Making the owner of the name immediately approached him.
“Are you home, honey?” welcome Elena warmly.
But when she saw the look in Jayden’s eyes that flashed with anger, Elena knew that his remarks would not receive the same kind of response. Especially when the man was rushing towards her.
“What did you say to my in-laws, huh?”
Elena had guessed that this must be the impact of her and Hera’s plans. The woman with hazel eyes didn’t think the effect would come this soon.
“Saying what they should know,” replied Elena casually. It was as if what she was doing was normal.
“Do you know the repercussions of your carelessness? I have to divorce Hera, Elena!” Jayden raised his voice.
“Then what’s the problem?” Elena also raised her voice.
“What? You’re asking what’s the problem? Because I—”
“Because you don’t want to divorce Hera? Is that so?” Elena cut off Jayden’s words. Her shoulders heave up and down as emotion overcame her.
Elena walked closer to Jayden until their faces were only inches away.
“Why, Jayden? Why don’t you want to divorce Hera? Do you really like that woman?” asked Elena quietly but full of answers that had to satisfy her.
Jayden’s mouth was tightly shut. His lips trembled as if he doubted what would come out of it.
“Even Hera has filed for divorce from you, but why don’t you want to divorce her? WHY?!”
Elena’s voice was shrill there.
“You bastard! I only have you! Why are you doing this to me, huh?!” Elena cursed while hitting Jayden’s chest with all her might. But it did not make Jayden move in his place.
“Elena….” As if realizing his mistake Jayden called the woman’s name softly. Trying to hug the body that was shaking from suppressed crying, no matter Elena refused.
“Hiks … you’re bad, Jayden. I love you so much and you promised to be with me. But why have you changed now? What did I do wrong to you… hiks….”
Elena’s sobs were getting louder and more desperate. The punch of her hand on Jayden’s chest was already getting weaker.
Jayden carried Elena’s trembling body in his arms. The man was also crying there.
“I’m sorry, Elena,” Jayden whispered, hugging Elena tightly.
The words that made Elena cry even louder. Why is their relationship this complicated?
Jayden kept muttering sorry while gently stroking Elena’s hair. His mind was spinning. Regret because he has made the person he loves and loves him cry hard.
‘What I have done?’
