He Came
I spent two hours getting pampered at Thes’ salon. As she said, my hair was dyed vanilla blonde. I just stared at myself in the mirror while they were blow-drying. It was almost done, and I was just waiting.
“Okay, Ma’am. We’re done!” the stylist said to me.
I stood up and looked at myself in the mirror.
I didn’t know that vanilla blonde hair color would suit me. It’s the first time I dyed my hair, and it’s because of my friend who changes her hair color every week. I approached Thes, her eyes focused on her cellphone.
When she noticed that I was in front of her, she lowered her phone and stood up.
“Wow! Looks great, huh? Now let’s go and find an outfit!”
My eyebrows raised at what she said. I had no choice when Thes pulled me and took me to her shop. I let her do what she wanted. She chose a red velvet backless fitted dress and made me wear it.
She said that we were going to her Bar. We were going to have fun, and she had already messaged Mommy and Daddy, so I didn’t have to worry. But because I didn’t want my parents to worry, I also sent them a message.
I also received a message from Luther. He’s asking if I’m busy. He wants to discuss the upcoming birthday celebration of their mother in Pangasinan. Luther specifically took care of the flowers for the venue.
When I said I wasn’t at home, he immediately asked where I was. I just told him I was with Thes and that we were going to TC Bar. I didn’t receive a reply after that.
“Wow! so sexy! Let’s find some handsome guys at my bar later to help you forget about Rozzean!”
“Thes, I don’t intend to forget about Rozzean, and I have no plans to look for someone else because I still love him so much,” I told her as she dragged me out of the mall.
We entered her car again. It was already dark, and I almost didn’t notice the time because of Thes’ chatter.
“It’s been a week, and still no progress, right?” she asked me.
My heart pinched upon hearing Thes’ words.
“Thes…”
“Tangi, you are a beautiful woman, for goodness sake! If his love for you could be erased just because of what you did, then he doesn’t really love you. The love he professed is shallow.”
“Come on, cheer up, let’s party! Maybe it will help lift your sadness a bit.”
I nodded at her. I just let Thes take me along. I also want to somehow get Rozzean out of my mind because every time I remember what happened, it hurts so much.
“Ma’am Therese…”
“Hi! Is it crowded already?” Thes asked the bouncers.
“Yes, Ma’am, it’s always lively here,” one of them answered with a smile.
“Okay, thank you! Take care here!”
Thes pulled me inside the bar. Loud music welcomed us. People were dancing on the dance floor. Thes pulled me towards the bartender.
“Owen, give us two shot glasses of tequila, thank you!”
Luckily, we ate before coming here, so it seems I won’t be the one having fun.
“Here you go, Ma’am Therese…”
Thes handed me the tequila. She took her shot immediately. I also drank, but not as often.
“Let’s party, Tangi! Forget about that loser Rozzean! Let’s find a bigger hotdog here in my bar!”
I quickly put down the shot glass and covered Thes’ mouth because of what she said.
“Shut up, Thes! It’s embarrassing, someone might hear you!”
“Oh! It’s different when you’ve tasted a hotdog!”
Thes is the kind of person who hasn’t even drunk yet but acts drunk!
The whole bar was noisy, and some were cheering. Thes pulled me into the middle of the dance floor, and she started dancing. I sighed when I saw how she danced with the guys around her.
“It looks like she’s making me her bodyguard.”
“Hey…”
I turned around when someone suddenly grabbed my arm. I distanced myself when I saw that it was a stranger.
“What’s your name? You are…” he scanned me from head to toe. I felt uneasy as he swallowed while looking at my body, “gorgeous… have you been coming here? It’s impossible I haven’t noticed a beautiful woman like you before.”
“I-I’m sorry,” that’s all I said, and I turned away from the guy.
I immediately looked for Thes on the dance floor when I couldn’t see her anymore.
“Where is she–”
“Are you alone? Maybe you want some company?”
The guy followed me! My heart raced with fear!
“N-No, thank you. I’m with my friend. She’s the owner of this bar.”
I quickly looked for Thes again on the dance floor, but I couldn’t find her. When I left to search for her upstairs, I felt the guy’s hand on my arm. I got scared when he pulled me closer.
“Come on. I am a Friando. Don’t you know my family? My father owns a company. He is a CEO.”
I winced. His father owns a company, and he’s flaunting it. Is this what he does to get the girl he wants in this bar?
“Excuse me, but I am looking for my friend. Find someone else–w-what!” I shouted and slapped the guy when he touched my thigh.
No one noticed us. Despite my loud shout, no one paid attention due to the music.
“You’re playing hard to get. If I knew you were just one of those who dress nicely to attract a rich man. Come on… I can pay you; I have a lot of money–”
I slapped him again, “Rude! If you have a lot of money, I have more than you!”
I turned around and was about to leave quickly when he grabbed my waist and pulled me closer. I could smell the alcohol on him, and it was evident that he was drunk.
“Hmmm… you smell so good.”
“W-What! L-Let go of me!” I couldn’t push him away because of the tight grip of his hands on my waist.
He’s pressing his body against me. I can feel his bulge! He’s turned on! When I felt his hand creeping towards my thigh, I tried again to push him away.
“Let go of me! What are you doing! Release me, I said!”
Realizing that I couldn’t handle it, I looked around to ask for help.
“Help! H-Help me!” I screamed.
But everyone was busy dancing, and some were making out. No one noticed me because everyone was focused on their own partners.
“Damn… you’re so sexy.”
I closed my eyes when I heard the guy’s words. I couldn’t help but feel on the verge of tears due to the situation.
N-No… s-stop…
Rozzean’s face flashed in my mind.
I don’t want anyone touching me like this except him.
“R-Rozzean…” I called out his name.
Tears kept streaming down my face when I felt the guy’s face on my neck. I tried to push him again, but he was really strong.
“R-Rozzean…” I cried his name.
I shifted nervously on my spot when, in an instant, the guy suddenly disappeared from my view. The turn of events happened so quickly.
My chest was heaving up and down from anxiety as I looked at the person who pulled the guy away from me.
W-What…
“You, f*cker!”
My lips quivered, and I covered my mouth upon hearing that voice.
R-Rozzean…
I couldn’t believe it. He’s here…
He held onto the guy’s collar, the one who harassed me.
“Who the hell are you–” Rozzean pushed the guy, causing him to fall to the floor. He pinned him down and then delivered a punch to his face.
“I will f*cking kill you!” he shouted in rage.Belongs © to NôvelDrama.Org.
R-Rozzean… w-what are you doing here?
“Stop them!” people around us shouted. The loud music came to a halt as everyone’s attention focused on the commotion.
“How dare you put your hands on my woman? How dare you?!”
I didn’t know if I should approach. Rozzean was furious, continuously punching the guy who lay unconscious on the floor.
“R-Rozzean…” His hand paused in mid-air when I called out to him. Slowly, he stood up, but he didn’t look at me.
As I walked towards Rozzean, I was stopped when someone called my name.
“Thaliana.”
“L-Luther…”
I looked at him. Quickly, I approached when I saw he was holding Thes, who seemed extremely drunk.
“Tangi! Who is this ugly guy? Do you know him?”
“Luther… R-Rozzean, h-he’s here…” I said, glancing back at Rozzean, but he was no longer in front of the guy who harassed me.
I walked closer, my eyes scanning the area. I was searching for him.
I let out a sob when I couldn’t find him.
W-Where is he?
