Since Hailey lived in Killian’s house, everything has been fine, often at night when the young man comes home because he does a lot in the office while she also goes in school and work in the restaurant.

There is also a time when she can talk to him but it still often supplants but she just let it go because it is natural in the young man’s behavior.

Today she in only in the house, she has no class and she also has a day off from work so she decided to clean the house and fix the things there, it was afternoon when Hailey finished so she felt very tired.

She went to the kitchen to get a snack and eat first and when she done she decided to cook dinner, she knew Killian would come home early because she said so before he left.

While she was cooking she heard a car horn signaling that the young man was already there.

She went and open the door for Killian immediately.

When Killian entered she greeted him and Killian just nodded at her. “I’ve already cooked dinner but if you want a snack first I’ll make you.”  Hailey said

“It’s okay I’m still full, I’ll just eat dinner later.” Killian replied.

Hailey went back to her cooking so that it would be finished immediately and ready on their table. While she was busy in the kitchen she heard the young man calling to her.

She quickly finished what she was doing and walked to see the young man, she was still in the living room when she met Killian.

“Ahm, do you need anything?” She asked him

“What have you done in my house?” Killian asked sharply

“Because I couldn’t do anything so I cleaned up here.”

“Did I tell you to do that? Hailey I know I agree that you’ll live here but you don’t have any rights to interfere with all the things in my household. First of all I just told you that don’t touch anything here.” He said

“I just cleaned and fixed it. I didn’t mess with anything.”

“Are you a maid here? You don’t need to do that! I don’t want you to interfere with all those things in here. You changed the position of my things in my house without asking permission to me. Are you that stupid not to understand my simple instruction? ” He said angrily

Hailey nodded because of what the young man said, she didn’t think he would be angry just because she arranged the things here.

“You want to show your parents that you can be successful with your own? But look at your actions!  If you are like this you think you can prove something to them? You know what?  You better go home to your parents. I don’t need you here. ” he added and then turned away from the girl and climbed back into the room.

Hailey couldn’t help but be upset because of Killian’s words, she knew she hadn’t proven anything to her parents yet but she knew in herself that she was doing everything.

The girl smiled bitterly and climbed up as well. When she entered her room she quickly took her belongings, while she was fixing her phone rang so she quickly looked and saw her friend calling.

“Jade why did you called?” She said after answering the call while continuing to arrange her belongings.

“I just missed you, how was being the wife of Killian?” asked the person on the line, they haven’t seen each other for a weeks now because Jade is in another country to attend a conference.

“It’s finw,” Hailey replied reluctantly

“That’s all you’re going to answer? Haler! You might have forgotten your husband is a Killian Gabrielle Neilsen!” She felt her friend’s eyebrow raised again now

“Eh what should you want me to answer? That’s just the answer to your question.”

“Funny Hailey funny! I don’t know if you even beat the robot, if it’s another woman for sure Killian’s wife is bragging about him.”

Hailey was upset because of what her friend said. “I am not like them, my answer to your question is true because we are just normal situation and you know it’s just a fake marriage.”

“In the tone of your words, you seem really disappointed because your marriage was fake. Hahahaha! Maybe you’re in love with Killian,” her friend joked.

“You’re also assuming, aren’t you? I can’t fall in love with that man? Eh, he is rude and annoying man and also he is so arrogant.”

They talked for a few more minutes before she said goodbye because she was still going somewhere. Right after they called, she also finished arranging her belongings. She sat down on her bed first and for a moment looked around the room.

After a few more minutes she stood up and grabbed her bag full of belongings. He has already decided to leave this house because she knows that Killian is angry with her and obviously wants her to leave. She doesn’t want to cram herself into people who don’t like her.

She quickly made her way out of the young man’s house, she didn’t hesitate to say goodbye to him because she knew he didn’t care.

She was looking for a taxi but she could not see anyone passing by in that area so she was forced to walk. She knew she had to walk quite a distance because it was at the end of the subdivision and since there was no vehicle passing by she had no choice but to walk while getting out.

As she was walking she noticed that the sky darkened and later it suddenly rained, she looked for a shelter but she saw nothing so she could do nothing but continue walking even if it was still raining.

Hailey endured the cold caused by the rain and kept walking until she found a place to shelter because she knew she wasn’t halfway there to get to the exit. She sat in a small waiting shed and hugged herself, she would just wait for the rain to stop before walking again because she might not be able to withstand the cold anymore.
