Two weeks had passed but Hailey still doesn’t show up to Killian and it gives a huge impact on the young man. He only enters the office almost once, fortunately Premiere and Vaugh are there to support him.

Killian still can’t forget what happened that day someone sent her a letter and it was from Hailey, she knew the handwriting very well so she couldn’t be wrong. The anger he felt flared up again, the contents of the letter never left his mind.

Killian,

If you are reading this I am gone. Don’t waste your time looking for me. I am grateful for all you have done for me, for the love you have given. But I can’t last much longer because the truth is I didn’t really love you. I just feel sorry for you because I don’t want to embarrass you when you admit your feelings towards me but I can’t even pretend that I love you even though the truth isn’t. I’m sorry if I lied and made you believe I love you. I hope you find a woman who will truly love you, who can reciprocate the love you give and I know that I am not that woman. Hailey,

His sigh was violent and his fists clenched in anger. He did not think that the day would come when he would feel this in the woman he love. He thought she loved him but just like their first agreement, it was just a pretense that she showed him.

Soon after, the door opened and it spat on Chandria, since Hailey’s disappearance it has always appeared where he is.

“What are you doing here?” the young man asked directly

“What are you doing to yourself Killian? Did you see yourself now? You look pathetic.”

“Why do you care? You don’t care what I want to do in my life. Go away!” he spoke sharply

“I care Killian! As you can see I’m here for you but why is that woman still the one you’re wasting your time on? She’s gone, she left you!”

“What now if she’s gone? What now if she left me? It’s my problema anymore and not youes.” insisted the young man

“Are you out of your mind? Let her go. Maybe she doesn’t really love you that’s why she left you. You are better than this! You are Killian Gabrielle Neilsen!”

“Can you stop that Chandria! You are telling that to me not thinking the mistake you’ve done? May I remind you, you left me also. So just don’t brag!” Killian’s sarcasm

“But I came back! I’m back for you. Can’t you see that? It’s been two weeks since Hailey left you but until now you’re still looking for her, you’re making your life miserable because of this worthless woman! I’m here Killian for you. I hope you see that! ”

The young man laughed heartily because of what he heard from the girl. “You’re also good at speaking nonsense thing aren’t you? After what you did to me, you still have the guts to say that in front of me? Don’t make me laugh because you can’t get me like that. You betrayed me before so it won’t happen again. So leave now! ” He shouted and stood up and walked closer to the window of his office

“And one more thing, if you think I’ll come back to you because of Hailey’s disappearance don’t expect that because it won’t happen. I only love Hailey and I will marry her and no one else. We are over Chandria and no one can change that! Do you think I don’t know what you’re doing? Hahahaha! I’m not Killian Gabrielle Neilsen for nothing. You can’t fool me, “he added

Chandria couldn’t help but be upset because of the words Killian had left out. During the two weeks of Hailey’s absence, she used it to get closer to the young man, she tried to make him feel like she was there but it just didn’t seem to matter.

She was also tired of pushing herself because it was obvious that there was really no hope, that Killian really loved Hailey even with or without her. She is the one who is there but he wants Hailey only.

Chandria couldn’t stay in the young man’s office for long so she decided to leave without saying anything. The words said Killian was unbearable, that they really had no hope of getting back together no matter what else she did and that was enough for her to stop. She was not that desperate to continue. She just knew in herself that she fought and she did everything but they were really only up to here.

She doesn’t want Killian to ruin his life again just because of Hailey’s disappearance, because of what she did. It hurts big time but she needs to accept that she is no longer the flesh of the young man’s heart. If she really love Killian she should let him go and let the young man be happy. She also sees how happy the Killian is every time he is with Hailey.

Now she realizes that’s why the young man loved Hailey more, because she was kind and caring. Even though she was manage to talk and scared Hailey but the woman stood up and fought her love for Killian unlike her. Vaugh was right when she choose to left Killian she should also had to accept the consequences.

When she got out of the elevator, she ran to the parking lot. When she got into her car she couldn’t stop crying. She loves Killian so much and it’s not easy to give up the person you love, but how are you going to fight the game that the person you’re fighting for wants you to give up.

She stayed a few more minutes inside her car. She was just crying, she wanted to pour out all the pain she was feeling. And feeling like she picked up her phone and called someone.

When she finished talking to one his men that he had paid she decided to leave the place.

Killian POV

Here I am just standing with the young man of my office while gazing at the sky.

‘Where are you Hailey, I miss you so much. Yes it is true that I’m mad at you for what you did especially when  I read the letter but I still can’t stop loving you ‘ – I whispered in my mind

Later on my phone rang and I looked to see who had was it and it’s Premiere.

“Bro,” he opened when I answered

“Vaugh and I already know where Hailey is,” he said

I was suddenly encouraged. I felt happy because of what my friend told me.

“Where is she?”  I asked

“In an abandoned place, it’s a bit far from here.”

My forehead wrinkled. “Abandoned place? Didn’t she say in the letter that she had left. H-how —–,”

“She was kidnapped.” Uno didn’t finish what I was going to say.

“A-what? How?” I suddenly felt nervous and scared. It’s been two weeks since Hailey went missing while I was furious with her but the truth is she was kidnapped.

“You go here to **** Vaugh and I are here with the cops. We have to go there to save Hailey.”

Killian didn’t hesitate to say goodbye to his friend as long as he just hung up and took his car key and hurried out of his office.
