The Imposter Bride (Natalia and Magnus)

Chapter 541

Chapter 541

With her spirit rallied, Natalia set about plotting her escape from the desolate isle. The island was a deliberate choice by Alice, a remote haven surrounded by an unforgiving sea, without a single fishing boat in sight, and its location unknown. All Natalia could see was the endless expanse of water, an overwhelming sight that left her feeling utterly defeated as she sat on the sandy beach, wrestling with despair. How on earth was she going to make it off this island?

Magnus had spent the entire night searching for Natalia with no luck. He hadn't slept a wink, anxiously waiting for any news Paul might uncover.

Paul arrived after a night's drive, his steps heavy with concern as he approached Magnus. "Mr. Magnus, I've scoured every nook and cranny of Hawaii, and there's no sign of the lady. But | did find out that Alice had purchased a dilapidated yacht slated for scrap.”

Magnus' expression darkened. "Damn it! She might have taken her out to sea, hidden her on one of those uncharted islands. It's going to be like finding a needle in a haystack! Did anyone see Alice setting sail?"

Paul shook his head. "No sightings, just rumors of the old yacht purchase. No one knows what she's planning to do with it."

“Alright, Paul, I'm going to call James to assist you. Send more people out. One team will continue the land search here in Hawaii, and the other will comb the sea. We must find her."

Magnus issued his orders with composure, then turned to Paul. "I'm counting on you to bring her home."

"It's my duty, Mr. Magnus," Paul said hurriedly, brushing off the gratitude. "No trouble at all. Just as long as we can rescue her, that's all that matters.”

Magnus felt moved and clapped Paul on the shoulder. His thank you was implicit in the gesture. "Be safe out there. The seas are treacherous." Paul nodded and drove off, beginning a meticulous search throughout Hawaii.

Once Paul was out of sight, Magnus dialed James. "Get back here now. | need you!" James didn't even ask why, simply replying with firm agreement before hanging up.

Magnus rubbed his tired eyes and got into his car, heading southeast. He had another critical task at hand that couldn't wait. It was time for a taste of one's own medicine. He was going to give Alice a taste of her own sinister medicine.

Meanwhile, back at Magnus and Natalia's home, Alice had slept soundly, having succeeded in her wicked plot. It was the most restful sleep she'd had in a long time. Stretching lazily, she walked out of Natalia's bedroom and onto the balcony, admiring the villa's elegance in the morning light.

As Alice dressed herself in Natalia's clothes, she wondered what Natalia would feel knowing that she was lying in her bed, wearing her clothes, and possibly even about to take her place with her husband.

Smirking at the thought, Alice dialed Magnus. "Magnus, darling, come home now or prepare to hear about Natalia's demise." Magnus, weary and frustrated, replied, "It's still daylight!"

Alice laughed maliciously. "So what? I've seen you and her locked away in broad daylight before. Why not with me?" “Absolutely not,” Magnus refused without hesitation.

Alice's face contorted with rage. "Don't push me, Magnus. Do you not care for Natalia's safety? My patience has limits!"

After a tense silence, Magnus finally said, "I'm tied up now. Wait for me."

"There's a good boy. Keep me happy, and Natalia stays safe," Alice cackled, ending the call with a triumphant toss of the phone as she began applying makeup to resemble Natalia.

Alice's mood lifted with the thought of Natalia languishing in despair and possibly strugglin to-syeyiversa opportu bdnanas. The idea that atalia might suffer more from knowing her life had been usurped by Alice than by death itself was a satisfying thought. Please read the original content at .

And so, buoyed by her vengeful plans, Alice completed her transformation, her reflection now the spitting image of Natalia. She strutted downstairs, contentedly having breakfast, waiting for Magnus' arrival.

Outside, the bodyguards kept a vigilant eye on Alice from their hidden posts, ensuring she made no outside contact. But since the previous day, there had been no communication, except with Magnus.

Alice savored her breakfast with a sinful delight. The pancakes dripped with maple syrup, Ose ie gwentet ‘BI the ack Kaghy even she

By the time she polished off her last bite of crispy bacon, Magnus had indeed made good on his word and driven back just as he said he would. Wiping a greasy smudge from the corner of her mouth, Alice rose leisurely to her feet and sauntered towards Magnus.

She watched him emerge from the car, a tall drink of water with a jawline that could cut glass, and felt a surge of satisfaction at her impromptu scheme. To make love with a man as dashing as him would undoubtedly be exquisite.

"Perfect timing, Magnus," she purred with a coy smile, her eyes dancing with mischief. "You wa ataliays\ | eginnreeatou is me. So, come on, make me happy, and I'll give you what you need."
