Chapter 1916 He Offered To Treat Him

The Spiritual King could not believe what had just happened. It didn't occur to him that Rocky would notice his small dirty trick. However, before he could even react, Rocky suddenly approached him.

"I hate dirty dogs the most." As soon as Rocky finished talking, the Spiritual King felt as though his body was lifted up by an invisible force. After that, he got forcibly thrown out.

His body drew a parabola in the air before falling heavily outside the training ground. He was in extreme pain that it rendered him unable to get up.

Everything happened so fast that no one had any clue about what was going on. Not a single person saw how Rocky threw his opponent away.

Of course, Vivian was an exception.

Vivian immediately walked toward the black shadow that had been cut off. She then went ahead and angrily complained to Alex, "Young master, it seems that your clan has a Spiritual King who's really good at hurting others using dirty tricks!"

Alex promptly followed Vivian to where she stood and saw the two halves of black shadow on the ground. It turned out that it was a purple snake, and Alex could tell at a glance that it was quite poisonous.

"Are you okay, Rookie?" Alex asked worriedly.

"It's nothing." Rocky shook his head with an impassive face. Clearly, the Spiritual King had crossed the end of the line. If he didn't do it, Rocky would not have taken it seriously and passed on hurting him at all.

"I will investigate this matter and try to give you a reasonable explanation," Alex quickly offered.

"Whatever. He's practically disabled anyway," Rocky said lightly, as though he did not mean for Alex to hear. He then turned to the other warriors and said, "Here. I'll give you all these spiritual treasures! Take them." Rocky brought out the treasures, then turned around and left.

Vivian took her leave as well and followed closely behind him.

The warriors then rushed forward and began to scramble for a spiritual treasure that they liked.

As Alex watched Rocky disappear into the distance, she tried to discern what Rocky meant when he said that his opponent was already pretty much disabled. Then, she sent someone to bring back the Spiritual King. She was stumped to find that he was unable to move and that his meridians were severely damaged.

Apparently, he was badly injured. The situation puzzled all the other Spiritual Kings around since Rocky was not strong enough to cause a middle-level Spiritual King this much damage. They all believed that even if Rocky could send him flying, he wouldn't end up disabled.

Unfortunately, there was no way for them to know that the Spiritual King was actually thrown out by Rocky's fighting energy at the Mystery Stage. The damage he suffered was beyond their imagination, as though Rocky had even shown him mercy by letting him survive.

However, Alex didn't say anything. Deep down, she thought that the Spiritual King deserved it. After all, it was he who pulled a fast one on Rocky.

Now, with everything that had happened, Alex grew more and more intrigued with Rocky.

Meanwhile, Rocky and Vivian walked back to the Spring Cloud Pavilion where they were staying.

"Hey. Did you actually hit him too hard?" Vivian couldn't help but ask. Even though they had just come to the Wankong Clan not long ago, they already made such a huge trouble. She worried that it might cause a negative impact on their plan.

"I had it all calculated." Rocky smiled faintly, but it was the kind that could make people shudder.

"I felt a strange energy from you during the fight. Something different from the spiritual kind..." Vivian trailed off as though she was purposefully letting Rocky fill in the details. She had sensed it when Rocky performed the Fighting Energy Transformation Skill just now, but it was impossible for her to see something invisible.

"It was a unique skill I've recently mastered." There was no need to hide anything from her, so Rocky told her the truth.

"Oh. No wonder you could just play with them like that. Hey, when can you let me have at it? It's making me curious." Vivian was also a martial arts aficionado, so she immediately took interest.

"Ask me again sometime." Rocky tried to keep her from knowing more because he knew that the power of the fighting energy was too strong. He didn't want to hurt her by mistake.

When they finally got back to the Spring Cloud Pavilion, Vivian headed straight to her room, while Rocky went to his cultivation spot to continue practicing his fighting energy.

During the next few days, Alex would drop by the Spring Cloud Pavilion, but didn't really come in to discuss anything with them.

One day, when Rocky came back from his cultivation in the forest behind the Spring Cloud Pavilion, he saw Alex in the living room with Vivian.

"Young master, what brings you here today?" Rocky greeted her with a smile.

"Rookie, I'm afraid I have some bad news. You may have made trouble this time," Alex replied, frowning.

"Oh? What's wrong?"

"Apparently, the Spiritual King you beat last time is the nephew of Jeffrey, who is a high-level Spiritual Emperor of our clan. It turns out you hurt him too hard that day, and most of his meridians got damaged. We can't cure him even with our medical skills. Now, Jeffrey wants to hold you accountable, and he has already reported the situation to my father. With things being what they are, my father asked me to deal with this matter. So, how about you go with me to meet with him and apologize to him? That way, he can be less angry, and maybe then we can solve this problem peacefully..." Alex nervously proposed. Nonetheless, she was prepared for whatever Rocky would say.

"I see. But I won't go to apologize. If that Jeffrey wants to blame me, just let him come straight to me. I'll be waiting." Rocky did not mince words.

"Oh..." Alex found herself caught in a dilemma.

"Young master, we all know that it was clearly the Spiritual King who made the mistake first. He brought this on himself. His uncle is unreasonable! Does he really think he can just bully others simply because he's a high-level Spiritual Emperor?" Vivian snorted. She couldn't stop shaking her head from her exasperation.

"You're right. He shouldn't do that. But being one of the three high-level Spiritual Emperors of our clan, whose status is second to that of our elders, he can say whatever he wants to say. Even my father wants this sorted out because he doesn't want to offend him unless he has to." Alex heaved a heavy sigh.

Rocky caught a glimpse of her and realized that she was deeply troubled. After thinking for a moment, he revealed, "Actually, curing him is not impossible. Young master, you treat us well, so I don't want to embarrass you. How about this? I will treat him myself."

"You can cure him? Is that really possible? He's so seriously injured..." Although Alex was stunned, she also got a bit suspicious.

"I know very well what I'm capable of. Let that imperious Jeffrey know. If in case he doesn't want me to do that, I have no other choice but to let it be..." Rocky expressed himself freely.

Alex hesitated for a moment, but eventually came around. She nodded at Rocky and headed out.

Right after Alex left, Vivian narrowed her eyes at Rocky. "Are you seriously going to cure that Spiritual King? Won't that expose your strength?"

"It'll be fine. I will just be curing him. I'm allowed to know medical skills too, right?" Rocky looked at her with a strange smile.

"Sure. But I'm telling you, it will arouse suspicion," Vivian reminded since what she heard didn't sound so reassuring.

"It shouldn't be a problem. Don't worry." Of course, Rocky knew what he was doing.

Not long after her visit to the pavilion, Alex already sent someone back to convey that Jeffrey agreed to let Rocky treat the wound for his nephew, and that he would personally supervise the whole process. Furthermore, if the injuries couldn't be cured, he would still hold Rocky accountable.

Rocky then delivered a message to Alex and asked her to arrange a quiet place for tomorrow, so he could go there on the prescribed time.

The next day, Alex sent someone to pick up and bring Rocky to the place she had prepared. Since Vivian was still feeling uneasy, she also went with Rocky.
