Chapter 11

The pain was so severe that the two girls raised their hands and held their chins, screaming.

Howard came back to his senses and fearfully watched

Christopher slowly wipe his fingers.

“M–Mr. Forte, you…” He gulped. In the end, he could not bring himself to say anything.

He then called two students and instructed, “Hurry and send them to the infirmary.”

Christopher threw his handkerchief to the ground and said in an icy voice, “Hold on.”

The four students were so scared that their legs kept trembling as if they would kneel in the next

second.

As the vice–chancellor, Howard had to protect his students. He hurriedly spoke up for the girls. “Mr.

Forte, they are just young and ignorant girls. You don’t have to lower yourself to argue with them.”

Christopher looked at Howard. His powerful aura made the latter feel suffocated. He immediately broke

into a cold sweat.

When Howard was about to concede in fear, Christopher retracted his sharp gaze.

He said, “If you said something wrong, you must pay the price. Apologize publicly to Cecilia. I will not

spare you both if this happens again!”

Howard hurriedly agreed, “Sure. I’ll arrange it.”

Then, he waved his hand and asked the four to leave quickly. Right when Howard thought the crisis

was over, Christopher added, “Howard Lewis, you should apologize too.”

Howard’s heart skipped a beat, and the cold sweat on his face

Christopher nodded emotionlessly.

He suspected that the reason Christopher came to Quilton University was to support Cecilia.

Christopher ignored Howard, looked at Yvette, who was

sneaking away, and asked, “Aren’t you from the performing arts department? What are you doing here

in the music department?”

Yvette stopped and lowered her head as if she was an obedient girl. “Christopher, I’m here to help

The Yates family was the second–largest prominent family in Quilton. They focused on film and

television and always cooperated with the music department of Quilton University.

The equipment in the recording studio was regularly replaced by Yates Corporation. In return, some

songs in the films produced by Yates Corporation were provided free of charge by Quilton University.

Although the singers were not paid, it was an opportunity for them to become famous. Hence, many

students yearned for it.

Christopher nodded. “Take me to the recording studio

complex.”

Yvette was taken aback.

As the Yates family’s favorite, she had the ability to do so.
