After they returned to the villa, Gilbert brought Marigold back to the room. However, he had no intention of leaving. That made Marigold feel awkward as he did not know what he wanted.

“It’s getting late. You should go back and rest.’ Marigold had no choice but to be the first to speak. She couldn’t let Gilbert stay by her side in the room.

Gilbert didn’t leave. He looked at her and asked, “The doctor said you are not to get your arm wet, so how are you going to shower?”
