The doctor looked at Farrel with an inexplicable gaze, he walked over to Farrell and tapped Farrel
lightly on the shoulder, "We are sorry."
Farrel's eyes made perfect, he immediately burst into Retha's room. Her long steps stopped when she
saw the sisters removing the tools that had been used to help Retha live. Now, almost half of the tools
have been removed and there is only a breathing device left that is attached to Retha's nose. As one of
the nuns started about to let go, Farrel shouted, causing the nun to stop.
"You will die if you dare to remove the device from his body," Farrell's cold voice caused the two nuns
in front of him to stop their activities.
"Sorry, sir. Your wife is gone, you have to give up."
"Not!" snapped Farrel, "my wife is still alive! Put the tools back on, you are causing her pain, hurry up
and put it on!"
The two nuns looked at each other, then they walked out of the terrifying room without heeding all of
Farrell's calls to tell them to come back and put the devices back on.
"No, no, no!" Farrel ran towards Retha's gurney.
With trembling hands, Farrel took one by one the tools that had been attached to Retha's body.
However, it seems in vain because Farrel doesn't know the function and has to put the tools where they
are.
Farrel glared at Retha, who was lying lifeless. In front of Farrel now was only the body of the woman he
loved so much, without any more life in her. Now, everything is finished. Maybe they were not meant to
be together, maybe their soul mate had ended up here.
"If one day I leave, and won't come back again, how about you?"
The question suddenly made Farrell's closed eyes open wide. Currently, he and Retha are relaxing in
the gazebo with Farrel sleeping on his wife's thigh.
"What do you do? Yes, if you go, I'll go too." Farrel answered casually but sarcastically, of course he
did not like his wife's question.
"If I die, will you marry again or not?" asked Retha again.
"No." Farrell replied quickly. "If you die, so do I."
Retha smiled faintly. He rubbed the top of Farrell's head as he had done the last few minutes with great
affection, after which the woman sighed heavily.
"Farrell," he called softly.
Farrel just muttered in response, his eyes too heavy to open because the caress on his head was really
a powerful lullaby.
"If later I go, and I won't come back again. Please don't come along, okay? You have to continue
living."
Farrel muttered again, confirmed Retha's vague words. After that, Farrell actually fell into his senses,
and he began to fall asleep.
Farrel recalls several years ago, when he and Retha were relaxing in the gazebo of their house. Farrel
cursed himself, why could he be this stupid? If he didn't tell Retha to run to the highway, then this
wouldn't have happened. And if anyone is to blame for this incident it is actually himself.
"Mother ..." Dave's voice distracted Farrel's attention.
The boy was crying in his wheelchair pushed by Valerie, seeing Dave like this, made Farrel's heart
break even more. How could he explain to Dave what had happened?
"Dave," Farrell called softly, "Your mother is gone."
"Where did you go? Why didn't she take me? She said she would never leave me! Dad, where are
you? I want to come!" Material © of NôvelDrama.Org.
"Mother has gone to a far, and beautiful place. Dave, you can't come, your life is still long. We both
belong to each other," said Farrel comforting the boy.
"No, I don't want to. I just want to be with you, I don't want to be with you if you aren't around. Where is
that far away place? Tell me, I want to catch up with you!" Dave started pounding Farrel's shoulder,
tears already streaming down his chubby cheeks.
"Dave ..." Farrel whispered, resigned.
"Farrell, hey, Farrell!" A loud pat on Farrell's cheek made the man wake up from his sleep.
"What's wrong, Sam?" asked Farrel in a hoarse voice. Without realizing it, it turned out that Farrel fell
asleep on the sofa in Retha's room, this was due to her being exhausted because she had not been
able to fall asleep for a week.
To make matters worse, Farrel dreamed that Retha died.
"Re move his hand, quickly you see him!" exclaimed Samudra which made Farrel's gloomy eyes
immediately refreshed.
Farrel immediately got up and walked towards Retha's gurney, and it was true that Samudra said,
Retha's fingers moved. This is a miracle, considering that the woman's condition continues to decline.
The thing that pleased Farrel the most was when Retha's eyes opened slowly.
"Re, have you realized?" asked Farrel, stroking the top of the head She was the woman, "Sam, get the
doctor!"
"You just have to ring the bell beside you, idiot. No need to tell me to run down there," angered
Samudra.
"Hey, can't you guys just fight for a bit ?!" interrupted Valerie, "Re just woke up."
"Where am I?" muttered Retha softly.
"You're in the hospital, honey."
"Ru-hospital?" Retha repeated in shock, the woman then touched her flat stomach, "Farrell, what about
our child ?! I-I'm pregnant, did I miscarry?"
Farrell frowned, "Are you pregnant?"
"Yes, Farrell. I'm pregnant, I'm keeping it a secret and I'll tell you when we get to London ..." Retha
sobbed, "isn't she safe?"
"Re, what do you mean?" asked Farrel, confused.
"Excuse me, let me check the patient's condition," a doctor walked over to Retha and began to check
on her condition.
"What is your name?" the doctor asked Retha.
"Aretha Mahrani."
"Do you know him?" The doctor pointed to Farrell.
Retha nodded her head, "Yes, he's my husband. Farrel Manggala Wdyatmaja, what's wrong?"
"How old are you?"
"Twenty years," Retha replied, a little confused.
The doctor turned his gaze to Farrell, "Sir, I want you to come to my office now."
Farrel nodded his head, "Very well."
"Doctor! How is my baby's condition ?!" Retha shouted as soon as the doctor came out of the room.
"Re, calm down. I'll be right back," Farrel kissed Re's forehead quickly, then ran slowly towards the
doctor.
