“The Interview with Mr. Valencia has been uploaded.”

I nodded at my assistant. “I got it! Thanks, Isabel.”

It’s been a week since Liam and I went back to Manila. We both agreed to meet every other day for a quick meeting. The agenda of our meeting is not about business but the development of our plan with Anne. Also, we are still being followed by Liam’s family. We have to make it looks like we have a special relationship, in that way Anne will be triggered by the relationship that I have with Liam.

I open my laptop to check the video and to check some of the comments from netizens. As expected, some trolls are commenting about our chemistry.

‘These two look good together. I heard that they are already dating.’

‘My friends in the US saw these two going out. I guess they are already in a relationship.”

‘I saw them having dinner in BGC. They look so sweet. I think they are already dating.’

‘I think this guy is the one for Ms. Allison. Can’t wait for them to announce their relationship.’

‘After this interview, I’m sure they will next announce their relationship! I’m so happy for Ms. Alli!’

Those are some of the comments from trolls. I look at the lower left of the video to check the views. OMG! Five hundred thousand views and it was uploaded just an hour ago. Let’s see if this interview can break Allison’s band record.

It was almost lunch when I saw Noah’s name on my iPad. He’s calling me thru FaceTime.

“Hey, my star!” He greeted me.

I told him that we call each other every day to check on him. I can’t stay in the US for too long because I have prior commitments here in the Philippines. That is why I asked him for an update every day. I need to make sure that he is on the right path. A path opposite to Alexa’s direction.

Don’t get me wrong, I still love Alexa. But as per the bible, ‘Open rebuke is better than hidden love.’ Real love corrects. I will never tolerate wrong actions just to please my friends or to prove to them that I love them.

“How was your day?” I asked.

“I watched the latest video upload of Stellar. I check the comments and most of them are talking about your possible relationship with that guy. How’s your boyfriend’s reaction to those comments?” He asked.

I rolled my eyes. “Those are trolls. How the hell will they know about my relationship? And we are not even celebrities for people to be interested in my love life.”

“You are an influencer now with more than twenty million followers. You are a celebrity now.” He insisted.

“I am not okay?! An influencer is different from a celebrity. Celebrities gain fame through television and other traditional media channels. While influencers like me gain my audience through my youtube, some influencers gain their audience from other social media platforms like Instagram.” I explained.

“Anyway, that is not the issue. As I said those are trolls from Liam’s family.” I added.

Noah’s forehead creased. “Why do they need to do that?”

“Well aside from the fact that they see me as a great candidate for Liam, I think they are a bit threatened by Anne’s presence now. I mean they partially failed in ruining Anne’s career. They may have stopped Anne from pursuing her dreams but she was still able to find a job. And she became connected with Andrew.”

Noah nodded his head. “I get it. But do you really need to join their issues? I mean after all the things that girl did to you?”

“It’s not just beneficial for them but also for me and Andrew.” I just said.

“How is that beneficial? I see no gain in helping them.”

I smirked. “You’ll find that out soon. Enough about me and them. How was your day?”

He smiled at me but it didn’t reach his eyes. I guess something happened.

“I met Eula today.” He said.

My eyes widen. “What?! Really?! What happened? Did you guys talk? Come on, tell me!” I asked a bit excited.

Noah chuckled. “Easy, Alli. Yes, we talked.”

OMG! They talked! I don’t know but after Noah shared with me about Eula, I feel light and peaceful. I wanted to meet her when I was in the US but Noah is a bit reluctant to approach Eula because of what he did to her. He typically ghosted her! It’s not surprising for him to feel that way.

Noah sighed and shook his head. “I was in an event and Eula was there because her company is the caterer of the said event. She was the one who first approached me. We said our hi’s then I feel like it’s wrong to just greet her without explaining what happened to us.”

It’s destiny! I want to say that out loud but I don’t want to ruin Noah’s time of sharing his moment with Eula.

“So I asked her if she’s free after the event because I want to her for coffee. And she said yes. I told her everything that happened. I apologize if I lead her on and end up ghosting her.” He said.

“How did she react? What did she say about that?” I asked curiously.

But I commended Eula for staying cool. She was brave enough to approach Noah first despite the ghosting. And she did not slap or made a scene when she saw Noah because there are girls who are like that.

‘She’s so calm. And it made me feel more ashamed. She said she understand and she don’t blame me for anything.” Noah said a bit frustrated.

I get why Noah’s a bit frustrated. Noah would prefer if Eula slap him or something, it will somehow lessen that guilt that he is feeling about her. I this girl for my best friend. I hope that she is the girl for him. Noah deserves to end up with a girl like her.

“The video reached twenty million views in one day.”

“That’s too low!”

My eyes widen. “That is not low! It’s one of the highest views that we got on our channel!”

“But not as high as our views,” Andrew said while smirking.

I rolled my eyes. We are spending our precious time in our lounge area. Andrew is being cocky right now about the views that my interview with Liam achieved. Well, he’s right. If I’m not mistaken they reached fifty million views in just one day and we never expected that huge views.

“Fine! No one can beat your group, not even Noah. Happy?” I said to please him.

He just laughed. “I miss this, my love.” He suddenly said while holding my hand.

I smiled sweetly at him. “Me too. We became so busy over the months. We rarely have this kind of quality time.”

“I know. I can’t wait to tell the world how much I love you. I hate it whenever we need to be careful with our actions. I waited for years to be with you again, but I still need to wait before I tell the world who you are to me. And I hate when people pair you with other guys. Andrew’s words touch my heart. I felt butterflies in my stomach. I look at him in the eyes and look at his lips. I was not able to stop myself from kissing him. I couldn’t contain the happiness that my heart is feeling right now.

He kissed me back. Our kiss deepened. I can feel his hand roaming in my body when my phone rang.

“Fudge!” Andrew can’t help but feel frustrated.

I looked at my phone and it was Liam.

“Perfect timing!” Andrew hissed when he saw Liam’s name.

“We are now in the headline.”
