Chapter 51 An Important Scene

Claire rushed to the set after changing into her costume.

Props, lights, and cameras were ready.

The main characters, supporting actors, and extras were also ready for the shot.

Sierra pretended to casually glance at the clothes on Claire and quietly looked away, suppressing her excitement.

"Sierra, Claire," Enzo said to the two behind the monitor, "are you ready for the shot?"

"We found the necklace.How could you still deny that you hadn't stolen it?"

"I didn't! It wasn't me.I didn't steal anything."

Sierra shook her head helplessly, trying to defend herself.

"Oh really?"

Claire sneered at her.She raised her hand to slap Sierra but stopped midway.

"Cut!"

Enzo stood up from his chair.

"What's wrong, Isabel?"

"I'm sorry, Director."

Claire explained apologetically, "This is my first time.I haven't acted in such a scene before.I don't think I can slap her."Enzo walked over and said, "It's just a slap.No big deal.Look at me--"

He raised his hand and waved it in the air to demonstrate.

"See? It's simple.Just slap her like you would slap a normal person."

"But I've never slapped anyone before.What if I lose control..."

Claire hesitated.

Enzo sat in front of the monitor and shouted, "Action!"

Nova was shocked when the servants ran over.She denied it when Isabel questioned her.

Isabel sneered and slapped her.

Sierra yelped in pain as Claire's five fingers landed on her cheek.She covered her face and was about to deliver her dialogue.But Claire immediately stopped and apologized, "I'm sorry, really sorry.Was it too painful? Let me see..."

The shooting was interrupted again.

Sierra stood still, rubbing her stinging cheek.She knew Claire must have done it on purpose.

Sierra gritted her teeth, but she had no choice but to endure the pain.
