Upon hearing Anika's words, Yanis smiled and nodded. "Did Iris give you a heads-up?"

Anika chuckled. "Let's go over there."

Yanis nodded, and the three of them headed to a nearby pavilion.

Meanwhile, upstairs in Dr. Wood's office...

Dr. Wood inquired in detail about Bonnie's recent state of mind and emotional responses. After their

conversation, a smile appeared on Dr. Wood's face. "There's nothing to worry about. You just have a lot

get better."

Bonnie felt relieved by Dr. Wood's words. Her initial thoughts were that Yanis and Haider were being

"We're not bothering you and Yanis, are we?" Bonnie asked Anika and Iris softly.

Anika shook her head repeatedly. "Not at all, you're not bothering us."

Bonnie smiled. "Then we won't leave, even if we're bothering you."

Although Bonnie said that, she and Yanis didn't stay at the South Hospital for long, giving Iris and Anika

space and time to catch up.

After Yanis and Bonnie left, Iris looked at Anika and said, "I'll talk to your brother about our situation

Iris had some business to attend to in the afternoon, so she chatted with Anika for a while and then saw

her off to her room. "I'll come back tomorrow, and I'll have Jefferson bring some food for you in the

evening."

Anika looked at Iris and said, "You don't have to have Assistant Chen come every day. The food here is

pretty good."

"No worries. Just let me know what you want to eat tonight," Iris replied.

Anika approached Iris and hugged her, taking the initiative to embrace her. "If it weren't for you, I might

have stayed here forever."

Cooke Residence to see Mles.

"You don't need to worry. Mles is very well-behaved," Freddy reassured Bonnie as she hurriedly

Bonnie glanced at the living room. "Is he sleeping now?"

Freddy nodded. "He's in your grandfather's room. He probably just fell asleep."

Freddy then poured a glass of water for Bonnie. "If you're busy, go ahead. Take care of yourself, and

come back later in the evening."

Bonnie took the water glass and evaded the question, saying, "I went to see Dr. Wood today. There's

nothing to worry about. You and grandpa don't need to be concerned."

Freddy's expression on hearing Bonnie's words showed a hint of surprise, but he quickly nodded.

"That's good, as long as everything's okay."

Seeing Bonnie's state earlier, both Freddy and Travis were worried. Now that they heard she was fine,

they instantly felt relieved.

After chatting with Freddy in the living room for a while, Bonnie went upstairs to see Mles.

Travis looked at her and asked, "Were you worried that we couldn't take care of him?"
