I left the office in a hurry and I thought of rushing home immediately but I can’t just go home without the gift and the phone.Nôvel/Dr(a)ma.Org - Content owner.

I stopped to get them before heading straight home.

Parking my car at the right place, I could hear Amelia laughing with my distance hearing, this made me more angry.

“You need to calm yourself down Lorde, so you won’t end up doing something you might regret.” Raja advised.

“I am not angry, I just wish to see the Erick guy that Amelia likes so much, you can hear the way she is laughing, it’s annoying, she has not laughed that way to me before.”

“Oh come on, I know you are just jealous that’s why you are acting this strange, though I am not happy as well but do not end up doing things that might make her hurt,” Raja concluded.

I entered the sitting room and decided to keep the things I got for Amelia in my room before going to the kitchen to meet her since that’s where her voice is coming from.

Getting closer to the door, she could not stop laughing same with him.

Why didn’t I know about Erick when I came to her pack? I questioned myself.

I opened the door immediately and I hated the way he was holding Amelia.

“Alpha Lorde, you came home early today?”

“Why is he in the kitchen with you holding you?” I asked with all my veins out.

“Alpha Lorde, you are welcome , please do not get the wrong picture, Amelia is just someone I knew when I was 13 and it’s been 13 years since I last saw her.” He explained himself but still I am not just okay with the explanation, I hate the fact Amelia likes him, she ought to like just me.

“And so what? Does that give you the right to come to my home alone to see her?” I yelled at him.

“Alpha Lorde, please stop getting angry, like he said, he is just someone that helped me when I was still a kid, believe me, you are taking things so far I must say.”

“Really Amelia? I am taking things so far now , you are siding with him?”

“I am not siding with anyone, you are my mate and he is just an old friend.”

“That is the problem, I do not want him here around you, Amelia return to your room this very minute.”

“But..” I said to your room now, will you disrespect me because of him?” I yelled at her.

I notice how she became sad like someone who is about to cry out heavily.

“Please I am sorry.” She even apologise to him.

“Amelia do not taste my patient okay?” I warned her.

“How can you say you care about me Lorde when you can’t even develop a single trust for me, I hate you for what you just did, it proves you don’t have any sign of trust in me.” She said taking her leave and I felt bad for her to think that way.

She left the kitchen then I said to Erick,”Let’s talk outside.”

I walked out and he came with me.

“Alpha Lorde I understand you are trying to protect your woman but believe me when I say , I got no negative intention, I will be leaving the country soon after I am done with reason I came here with.”

“Does that mean, your reason for coming here is for Amelia?” I asked him again with a serious look, had exhale before saying,”I didn’t leave what I was doing for her, I just used the opportunity to get to see her , that’s all.”

“If that be the case, can you make sure I don’t see you that way with Amelia again, she is my wife to be and the pack future Luna.”

“I understand you Alpha Lorde, I bet to take my leave me now and I am so sorry for the inconvenience I caused here, do not be offended.” He said.

“I am no more offended, you can start going anyway and do not see her alone too.” I said and he nodded his head before leaving.

I exhale deeply, now Amelia is upset, what can I do to make her feel better?

I returned to the room and immediately Amelia saw me, she turned her back on the bed, pressing a phone, wait a minute, did she get a new phone? When did she leave this place?

“Amelia who’s phone is that?”

“My phone.” She replied without looking at me.

“I am talking to you Amelia, do not turn your back when replying your Alpha, you are a luna.”

“Erick got me the phone, I have none.” She turned looking at me with her eyes red.

What? He even got her a phone, I should have punch him for doing that to me.

“The phone.” I requested.

“Alpha Lorde why Are you this cold to me?” She asked.

“I am not cold, I am just protecting my mate from intruders, hand over the phone.” I said.

She finally gave me the phone, taking it from her, I smash it at the wall and it got damaged.

“Do you have to do that Alpha? Was it necessary at all?”

“You are mine forever and this should be the last time I see you comfortable around any male except me, you got that?” I asked looking directly to her eyes.

“I heard you.”

“Let me get water from the fridge, I will be right back.” I said to her as she laid back to the bed.

Going to get water, Raja spoke to me saying,”This was what I was warning you about, now she is hurt.”

“Oh come on, how could he be that close to her to the extent of gifting her?”

“Then make her happy now.” Raja advised.

I walked back to the room, giving her things I bought and I hated the fact she didn’t let a smile or eat from the chocolates.

“Are you going to turn down what I bought for you” she took a bite and I smiled.

She walked to the bathroom after excusing herself to make use of it, then I thought of kissing her to make her stop getting unhappy when I heard a loud noise from the bathroom, rushing there, I saw Amelia on the floor, no way.
