Amelia’s Pov.

I woke up in the morning and discovered Lorde was on the bed, I was in his arms looking like a small baby, and I blushed.

I tried to move then he said to me, “Just be like this a little please, I want to feel you.”

“You are awake?” I asked him.

“Yes I am but I don’t feel like leaving this very position.” He said smiling and his eyes were still closed.

“Okay then.” I could not stop smiling as I lay on his chest back and he rubbed my back saying, “I am proud to have you as my mate.”

“Can you stop blushing like a fool?” Red said.

“Good morning Red.”

“Good Morning Amelia, waking up in the arms of the one you love is the best feeling ever, right?” Red asked and I chuckled.

“What do you know about the best feeling Red? You are just a wolf.” I reminded her.

“You humans are always annoying, whatever,” Red responded.

“I just love you Red, you are the best friend I have ever had you know?” I explained to her.

“Wow thank you for that, now focus on your mate, you woke me up so earlier.”

“You are so lazy this morning Red but anyway I will let you have your rest.” I said smiling and Red replied rudely, “Whatever.”

“So tell me, what you left to check yesterday, was it successful?” I asked of him.

“Yes it was and I am happy about it love.”

“Why don’t we get ready to have breakfast Alpha Lorde?” I asked him because I was feeling hungry.

“I told you to call me sweet names and stop calling me Alpha Lorde.” He pressed my nose and I groaned.

“It hurts.”

“I am hurt too, come on, everyone addresses me as Alpha Lorde and I do not expect you to do some love.”

“Okay dear, let’s get ready for breakfast,” I said smiling.

“I didn’t hear you.” He pulled me closer as his hands wrapped me so tight then we were so deep looking at each other.

I blinked twice and he gave the signs that he wished to hear me say it again.

“Okay dear, do you hear it now?” I asked.

“I guess I did but it sounded like a whisper.” He replied smiling and he looks so cute doing that, I have never seen him this joyful before, yes he is always romantic at all times.

“Let’s go have breakfast then,” I added.

“Someone woke up feeling so hungry wow.” He said rolling his eyeballs.

“I am not that hungry, I just want us to have breakfast together before heading to work love.”

“Amelia stops lying, you are such a foodie you know, I know you wake up and the first thing you started thinking about was food.” Red caught me.

“That’s not true.” I smiled.

My stomach rumbled at his presence and he looked at me with a smile, I felt embarrassed about it and tried to leave but he pulled me back.

“You see, I am right when I said you are hungry.”

“Let me go.” I tried to leave again but he stopped me.

“You don’t leave just like that when I have not done this.” He reached for my lips and kissed me.

I just love Alpha Lorde more than anything, he makes me feel so important at all times.

“I love you, Amelia, I love you so much and I will always protect you from harm and any rogue as well.” He made a promise to me and I believed him like no other.

“Thank you so much.” I made the move this time around to kiss him.

We got up finally from the bed to get prepared for breakfast after having the bath, about stepping out of the room he said, “Get dressed by 6 pm.”

“Okay, so what’s the occasion?” I inquired from him.

“You will soon find out once it’s the time. Let’s go eat breakfast, I don’t wish to starve my baby.” He said and I blushed

“Love is such a beautiful thing,” Red commented and I smiled wondering what a wolf knows about love.

We got to the dining and it was just the two of us, he made me sit on his lap and fed me to my satisfaction.

“Thank you so much love,” I added.

“Okay dear, have a nice day at work and I will see you by 6 pm right?”

“Yes, 6 pm, get dressed and look hot for me.” He said before leaving.

I walked to the library in the house to get a book to read today so I won’t be bored. Fiona came to me.

“Good morning Luna Amelia.”

“Fiona, good to see you this morning, I hope you slept so well?” I inquire about bringing out a chair for her to the seat.

“Sure I did, I asked the maids about your whereabouts and I was directed here.”

“I decided to read a little, but I am happy you are here.”

“Me too Luna Amelia, I haven’t had a female werewolf to speak with except my mother.”

“That’s nice, but can you stop calling me Luna Amelia? Fiona just call me Amelia, you are now my friend okay?” I said to her.

“I think I like her, she is better than your evil sister Katherine.” Red contributed.

“Oh Red, not my sister now, everyone has their character okay? Katherine has changed.” I silence Red and she kept shut.

“Thank you so much, Amelia, since you spend more time here in the Alpha home, I believe you know more places than me, can you show me around?” Fiona asked of me and I accepted her offer without thinking twice.

I took Fiona for a tour of the Alpha home and showed her the places I also liked as well.

We finally had lunch together discussing when I told her Alpha Lorde asked me to get dressed by 6 pm.

“I love that, I will get you what you will wear, I think he is planning a date.”

“You think so?” I asked.

“Yes I do, let’s go to your room and do some magic.”

“Okay then.”

I smiled knowing Alpha Lorde and Fiona have almost the same traits when it comes to fashion.

I could not believe I looked this very pretty in this white dress while looking in the mirror then I got informed Alpha Lorde is waiting for me.

“Enjoy and make sure you tell me all about it,” Fiona said giving me a thumbs up.

“Sure, I will tell you all about it.” I smiled stepping out and taking the step, descending when I caught a glimpse of Alpha Lorde gazing at me.
