11: AM. Jhonia was seated at her desk going through a new file which she received from Kyhe after arriving at the office.

“Hey!” Kyhe said to her, to get her attention.

“Hey! Did you come to ask me to lunch again?” She responded the same and asked him, but I didn’t look up from the paperwork!

“Yes, will you accompany me?” Kyhe responded to her question then asked her, with his arms crossed to his chest looking down at her!

“Mmm. Give me a minute.” Jhonia responded to him and asked him for a minute. Suddenly, Kyhe lean in for a closer look at what Jhonia is doing. Jhonia writes the email then attaches the file, after she puts in both of the email addresses that belong to Kyhe, in case he missed the office email he would receive it to his personal email.

Kyhe quickly put his phone to silent before she pressed send, she watched the email sent before getting and putting on her coat. She turned around to Kyhe, her silk blouse of light pink coloured and white skirts, her style of dress code once more catching his eyes, he stared for a moment.

“Ahem. I’m having a meeting with someone and might be in need of some female feedback, do you mind?” Kyhe cleared his throat saying, then asked? His eyes met Jhonia’s…

“Yes, as your secretary it is my job to follow your order or accompany you. I shouldn’t mind, I’m getting paid to not mind but accept it if you request or instruct it.” Jhonia responded to Kyhe but the brief period he was lost in her eyes, as she explained things to him but he didn’t hear a word.

“Mr. Knight? … Is everything alright?” Jhonia questioned him as he seemed to be in deep thought. He realized what he was doing and looked away and at his phone.

“Ms. Jhonia– Hello, Mr. Knight.” A female worker cuts herself off and addresses Kyhe.

“Hmmm.” He said and walked away heading towards the elevator.

“Secretary Smith, what did you say to Mr. Knight?” The female worker asked? Jhonia looked down at her name tag.

“Lusinly right? Why don’t you go and ask him?” Jhonia asked, she looked at Kyhe then back at her and asked her?

“I dare not, but he was staring at you! This is why I asked?” Lusinly said, Jhonia turned and looked at Kyhe once more, he who was waiting for the elevator, the doors were opened.

“You must have been mistaken, also I have to go, whatever it is? Tell me when we return.” Jhonia said to her before taking the file and rushed off to the other elevator which she had seen only the employees used.

“The file is in your hand.” Lusinly shouted the info to her. Jhonia got on the elevator and her mind went back to Lusinly. “I dare not, but he was staring at you! This is why I asked?”

“Hehe, as if he had but he did zoned out… Hmm, I wondered why?” Jhonia remarks to herself with a giggle, after saying she then ask. After getting off the elevator she saw Kuwain, he wasn’t happy and after meeting up with Kyhe they seem to have become more angry together, Jhonia walked out to them by then Kyhe had calmed him down.

“I have a meeting with me at our spot tonight, we will fix it.” Kyhe said to him, and left him standing there breathing down himself!

“It’s gonna be okay, Mr. Kuwain. Don’t worry about it too much because if you can change what happens? Change it, but if you can’t change it then make it better.” Jhonia said to Kuwain, knowing that a little word of comfort could go a long way. Immediately after hearing her words Kuwain left the company in a rush!

“Where are you going?” Kyhe shouted asking him, as he noticed he was in a rush to leave.

“Your secretary gave me a better idea on what to do, let’s talk later.” Kuwain said in shouting to Kyhe, as he got in his car and drove away… Kyhe then turned to Jhonia but she was watching Kuwain go so she didn’t realize Kyhe was watching her. The breeze blows, tangling her skirt and coat in the direction of the wind. She smiled and turned towards Kyhe. Her eyes glisten with the sunlight. The wind blew her hair back as she looked at him. She stopped smiling and walked over to the car, opened the front door to enter and sat down when she realized he’s looking at her!

“I dare not, but he was staring at you! This is why I asked?” Lusinly words replayed to Jhonia, she narrowed her eyebrows at Kyhe.

“Mr. Knight is”

“Excuse me.” Kyhe said, pulling his phone from his pocket!

“… Yes, I was just thinking about it! … Yes of course, thank you. Yes… Okay, have a good time. … Hmm.” Kyhe spoke over the phone, he looked at Jhonia who is currently staring at him.

“Sorry, I zone out earlier, it was a family matter. Let’s go.” Kyhe said to Jhonia, as she heard the word family all confusion is clear. They sat in the car, Kyhe memory rushed back to Jhonia dazzling eyes, and smiled beneath the sun and began coughing immediately Jhonia was turned in the front seat to him and handed to him a water bottle.

“Thank you.” Kyhe said, staring at her for a moment before he even took the bottle of water.

“Oh right, secretary Smith, what exactly is the idea you gave my friend?” Kyhe said and addressed her asking what better idea she gave his friend. However, the tone in his voice tells Jhonia she should not lie because he’s not happy about it.

“I told him if he can’t change it, he should make it better. Periodically Mr. Knight, an individual rather have you listen to them, than to hear how to fix it, when to fix it, giving attention to that person or someone sometimes is the best thing one could ever do, tell him to just listen instead.” Jhonia turned her head to him, then explained to him at first, he was confused. Suddenly, he pulled his phone from his jacket and texted Kuwain.

“Maybe, you just listen to her. Don’t talk but just… Listen!” Kyhe typed in the message but paused for a second look at Jhonia seated in the front seat before he entered the last word then pressed send. The car continued to drive after some time the car stopped and Jhonia got out of the car with Kyhe they entered the cafe and sat with a female Jhonia sat in silence ignoring their conversation until!

“Kyhe!” A female called out! Stood few feet from their table!

“Oh hey!” Kyhe’s response told Jhonia he was not pleased as he looked up at her.

“You are ignoring me?” The female said to him, crossing her arms.

“Are you asking me, are you telling me? … Okay, let’s talk next time, stop by when you’re not busy.” Kyhe said to her asking and she looked at Jhonia and the lady seated in front of Kyhe. Both women were dressed in cover up clothing and she was in revealing clothing.

“I’m not interested.” The female said to Kyhe after the other female left the cafe.

“But”

“I’m just not interested. Mr. Knight. I should get going, bye Secretary Smith.” The female said, addressing him explaining she has to go but said bye to Jhonia and leave. Jhonia got up and so did Kyhe, they went back to the office and continued working. After evening came time everyone slowly went home including Jhonia but Kyhe stayed in the office.
